It's been two weeks and I have no ETA on when my order will be shipped. I get there you guys were closed due to covid. I get there can be delays with manufacturing. I completely understand these issues but having to constantly following up with GenStone directly and dealing with a rep that avoids giving me a solid ETA is not acceptable. I have 4 emails saying 2-3 weeks out. This is not a solid ETA. Due to the poor communication my project is now on delayed, my carrying costs are now going into an extra month. In this business time can make or break a project. I could have at least moved forward a week earlier on landscape and exterior paint had there been proper communication. Giving clients such a vague range when their order will be completed makes me think on the competency of their product.
