They use Cacao Berry brand which tastes delicious. Their claim to fame are their ice-wine chocolates and their caramel, both of which you should definitely get. Other than that, I was extremely impressed by the number of moulds they carry. Makes for lots of playful chocolate ideas. If you need a custom made party favours, or wedding treats, etc, this is where you want to go.
