These guys are incredible. I've never had any interest in rare, niche shoes, until I saw some Bull Airs a couple years ago. Since then I've bought over a dozen pairs of shoes from them. The shoes are high quality and I get compliments every time I wear them. That said, they are a small company with small company quirks. All shoe drops are pre-orders, so you pay before the shoes are ever made. Sometimes production gets delayed. Sometimes orders get stopped at customs and shipped back to the manufacturer. You MIGHT wait a long time for some of your shoes. But they are very transparent about these things. They Livestream, usually once or twice a week, to give people updates, let them ask questions, give sneak peaks at early production of shoes, shoes that are still being designed, etc. If Livestream isn't your jam, they have an updates page with production info on their website. I recently got scammed by someone in the community selling some rare, out-of-production shoes. When I reached out to Bull Airs to let them know the guy was scamming people in the community(I was not the only one) they shipped me a huge box, full of things relating to fandoms they knew I was interested in from previous purchases, sneakers values higher than what I'd lost, and a note apologizing for the issue. It wasn't their fault I made that mistake, nor was it their responsibility to reimburse me for it. But they felt bad it happened and did what they could to soften the blow. While I don't work a customer facing job anymore, I did for decades. This is the type of service provided by people with heart, that care about their customers and want to leave an impression. I happened upon Bull Airs a few years back while on the hunt for Toxie-related merch I'd not yet collected, and found them at the nexus of another passion of mine - footwear. I lost my left ankle to a forklift accident back in '96 and ever since have been fastidiously particular on what I'm willing to don over the damaged area still heavily scarred. Nike Air Jordans are great, but often sell out quickly and some styles are less comfortable or appealing to me, making me a pretty picky customer. That said, as a customer I can be patient and am willing to wait for good quality, and I always appreciate good service. When I find a company I like I stick with them. I invite you to feast your eyes upon the photos I've included and judge for yourself - do I stick with Bull Airs? I sure do, because while you may pay a bit more than ordinary over-the-counter sneakers, and you may have to forego a little instant gratification, it's one of life's most noble callings to support a true artist at his craft, and Bull Airs as a business is a straight-shooter to boot. I never get the feeling there's an inside track I'm not cool enough or inside enough to know about or join. You just have to be able to be humble enough to appreciate this kind of access to some really awesome kicks, as well as the folks who are making them. This company is an absolute scam. They sell $1,200 "custom 1 of 1 commissions" that get sent to a Chinese factory for multiple production runs with nothing special about it. Constantly missing deadlines and taking payments without sending products. When the products are received, they are nothing but cheap material on fake Nike soles. It's only a matter of time before they get sued. Don't waste your time or spend any money here. Oh, and they block you when you call them out on it. The shoes are works of art, if people don't read they are preorders most of the time, that is on them, they tell you no fewer than 2 or 3 times so you know it when you order. Worth every penny. I give Bull Airs not just 5/5 stars! I give them 10/5 stars! Heck even more! This company makes really great quality products and caters to many fans out there! From custom Nike's to their own silhouettes! When you purchase from Bull Airs you are guaranteed to be taken care of with a quality product. Customer service is also very well responsive for the small company that they are. I highly recommend if you are doubting their silhouettes of "short horns" or "long horns" don't sleep on them! They are very comfortable and I am on my feet everyday during the week and I can approve that their own custom products are top notch on comfort and style! I've been buying from Bullairs for roughly 2 years now when it was just Thom and can say over that period of time not only have they been consistent in their quality of products but stand by them. These are custom made shoes and 90% of the time they are a preorder which they state clearly and make you sign off on. They always send email updates to keep you in the know on where products are in the production process and even host regular live streams to address any questions. They always go above and beyond in every aspect. I have about 20 pair between whats in my house and on preorder. Will probably never buy another brand again. read more

Honestly, It was requested to write this review. Bull Airs does indeed offers amazing custom products. With absolutely reasonable turn-over times on pre-orders. The 1 star reviewer is correct though. they did alter the edition size + do an additional run of something that was supposed to originally only be limited to 88 units. I was also super pissed about this. They also like to fix problems with discount codes as a deflection measure. Offering discount codes is nice, but saying "Sorry your not happy, heres a discount to give us more money" just seems a little greed monster-ish to me. read more

Don't buy from bull airs if you value your money. I bought a 2 pair pack of shoes, one pair looked nothing like the advertised pair of "battle worn" freddy Kruegers and the front strap says "nightmare on elms reet ". They have blocked my phone numbers and emails, refuse to make good on the straps and called me ocd and said I'm manic because I asked to have the errors fixed. I spent 750 on shoes that aren't even spelled correctly but "passed qc". Not to mention the nike swoosh on the side of one of the shoes is literally off by a half an inch. For "custom art" with quality control, you'd think they'd spell the franchise properly. Especially after taking my money in December and not receiving the shoe until June. I have screenshots and proof of everything I said. Thom, the "owner", promised to make it right if I dropped my paypal dispute and than sent me another pair of misspelled straps. Told me I'd get new straps later, and than proceeded to tell me he wouldn't ship me anything again and they wouldn't sell to me ever again. He even said they don't make shoes for "sneakerheads"​ but used the literal term sneakerheads as the title for his knock off madballs toys. He is the "owner" but kept referring me to Gary, his partner, as if Gary makes the decisions. ​Thom even compared his quality control to the likes of major shoe brands like Nike, saying they send out worse qc products than his. Absolutely not true, and any issue I ever had with Nike was promptly corrected by the company. This is what I get for not sticking with air max.
