The airflow in one of the bedrooms is almost nonexistent, which should have been noted in the inspection. They also failed to recognize a dip in the roof near the chimney ($2500) which was visible to me the first week we moved in. These would have been deal breakers for us as home buyers.

The worst part is the reschedule date I was given was the following Monday or Tuesday. Almost two weeks after my air went out. Think twice before getting locked into their comfort as a service program. My office area is far from comfortable today and their service is non existent.

We hired Cindy and she called us immediately after inspection (before the toxicology report was returned) and instructed us to get our daughter out of that environment ASAP. The toxicology report deemed the rental home VERY DANGEROUS and uninhabitable. She sent such a detailed report and included pictures that the City of Tallahassee housing said they were so impressed and they had never seen such a professional report. The City also stated that her detailed report made their job so much easier when they went into the rental to investigate. They supported all of her findings and they found many more violations against this slumlord. Because of her, this rental property must be cleaned the right way. Because of Cindy, this slumlord cannot rent it to anyone before it is remediated. Because of her quick response, my child is safe. She went as far as to give us detailed instructions how to clean all of my daughter's belongings. The landlord did zero!!! Pay to have this done people! We got out of the lease and our security deposit back! We would have lost all of that without Cindy. She even followed up with us to see how we were doing. While in downtown Auburn on the morning of Thursday July 31st around 7:45 AM an incident with one of the companies drivers occurred. Heading into downtown Auburn. I moved pass one of the spencer trucks and into the turn lane. Without looking in his mirror, blind spot, or using a turn signal the Spencee truck merged into me. I slammed on my brakes and laid on my horn, then jerked my vehicle into the oncoming lane to avoid collision. The driver of said truck then proceeded to come to a dead stop in the road and rage out at me for his mistake. He rolled his window down and cussed at me and then told me to "pull over' so he could "beat my ass" (this is Alabama, dude gonna get himself shot). I moved around him and out of the turn lane again and speed off in a diffrent direction. What kind of people yall hire over there? Again its a good idea if yall are gon a hire jack boot thugs maybe take the name of your trucks.
