They have worked with us for many odd requests; disposal of overstocked collectibles in a secure area, dumpster size changes and drop offs, even scheduled a time to pick up an old bed even after it has rained on the mattress for two days. Another fun exchange is they give everyone (at least in my area) gets hand written Christmas cards with candy every year, thanking us. We always make sure to give the guys cookies. So yeah, they're relatively inexpensive, willing to work with their customers, and though it might take a couple days for things like dumpster exchange, I'd recommend their services to anyone who is looking.

Terrible. Horrible inconsistent service. I had weekly pickups scheduled and they never once…read moremanaged that schedule. Each time the pickup missed by more than a few days I'd call and would always get the same excuse - "Yeah, we're down a truck and they'll get there soon." This was delivered in a bored and annoyed tone. On one occasion they even argued that they couldn't pickup due to the weather - on a clear day with dry ground. After three times that pickup was delayed by two to three weeks I gave up, canceled with Burris, and found another trash service. Then Burris continued to charge me for two additional months. On top of that they added a charge for a "Twin Mattress" pickup, when I've never thrown out any mattress at all. Currently I'm arguing the bill with Burris and at the very least am trying to get them to confirm that they recognize the account as closed. It's been over two months now and they're still billing me for service that they've never provided.

Despite every single setback that could probably happen with the horrific weather, technical troubles, and other issues, Scott tore apart the old trailer, hauled what needed hauled off to the dump (and provided me receipts to prove he did this), recycled what could be recycled, and cleaned the place up (including some dirt for leveling) after he was done. He provided this service at substantially cheaper and than literally everyone else was quoting us and stayed on the job until it was done. I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone who needed any service he provides done.
