The hygienists and Dr. Nelson are all incredibly easy to talk to and understanding. I really don't cope well with the needles (or any mouth pain, really) and they always take extra time and care to ensure I'm comfortable. I have referred a number of friends and family here.

The hygienist (Brad) was so good with him. Made him feel comfortable and at ease, which was so comforting for both me and him! And then a few weeks later I chipped a tooth and needed it filed down. I was able to get in to see Dr. Nelson the next day (the receptionists were so quick to get me in!) and he did a great job at ensuring my tooth felt and looked great. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. There's a great little play place for kids to pass the time in the waiting room and the staff and friendly and genuinely care. Dr. Grover convinced me to change out all of my amalgam…read morefillings that still had some life in them for white plastic ones, only to find out that they were poorly applied and leaking; these all had to be replaced ONLY 2 YEARS later. This cost me two thousand plus in unnecessary services. When I tried to contact the office about some kind of warrenty they would not return my calls. Needless to say I am no longer doing business with them. My husband also needed crowns. He was charged $800 more than their quote and had to go back a total of five visits before they got them to fit correctly. They do not value people's time and if you have insurance they will surely take advantage. You are a $ sign not a person. Find ANY other dentist in Lethbridge!! You will not be sorry.
