Great experience! Everyone from the range was very welcoming and eager to share any helpful tips and techniques for accuracy during target practice. One gentleman from the range even came to the bay and discussed various training ideas and suggested practicing with various rentals they have available to find what works best for me. Spending New Year's Eve afternoon at the local gun range was unexpected but a nice surprise. Went with a trained killer and a little gangsta chap, so I was in good hands. Mind you I have never ever shot a hand gun before, just a M-16, so this was uncharted territory for me. There was a line (rifle range) when we arrived but we were quickly assisted. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had no wait since we were going to the hand gun range. The trained killer got us a 22 caliber and a 9mm to 'play' with. Of course safety is paramount! The range was very clean and well lit. People were sweeping up their casings and trust the ear protection was needed! Sounded like people were shooting hippos in there! BOOM! We shot our rounds and had a very enjoyable afternoon. I couldn't handle the 9mm and neither could my thumb, ouch! We will return, I am hooked and ready for a gun safety class and a pink revolver! I don't hold several certificates of mastery in firearms, but I am very passionate in the field of arms and the whole nature behind them. I myself invest personal time into looking into information that I am curious about or even accessories I may be interested in in the future. Mostly tight-knit staff that will give you a straight answer or opinion. This is the first indoor range that I experienced and it will surely be the last. I was in the market for a handgun when I turned 21 years old; did my research as far as information and functionality. I watched a few videos and educated myself over what I was looking for. I went in to the pistol range and rented the springfield range officer (1911A1) and they were understanding that it was my first time in. I went and put 50 rounds down range, even their rental held great accuracy and was not dirty or anything. After that I was sold on the idea of getting my hands on my own 1911, I walked in, asked a few questions, looked at a couple and just like that I walked out of the store with my first handgun. The process was very easy and convenient and they didn't make me feel like I was just another customer. Since then, I have purchased a Henry's repeating rifle from Bullseye and hand am extraordinarily pleased. It was a golden boy and is a beautiful sight; holding it is a good way to defuse after a long day. Which also gives you the notion that you can walk in and hold any of their firearms until you're sick which for me wouldn't ever happen. To sum up what I have mentioned; do your own research- don't just walk in and hope they will guide you as if you were blind, not all circumstances are the same but research always helps, also so that they can gauge your level of knowledge and experience. Also, be understanding to the standpoint of the employee- they mostly seem tight-knit because they work in an industry that deals with potentially deadly pieces of machinery, to put it frankly, they don't really want deal with someone that has just no idea. Getting the experience similar as I listed above and even in my own personal story will allow you a foot in the door so to say. Be constructive as far as what type of customer you are. read more

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to put a few rounds through my new Glock. Pretty busy, but decided to wait the 20 minutes. Looked like they had a decent collection of guns to rent for a reasonable price. Nice enough stalls and equipment. Range master was friendly and moving around while keeping brass swept up. The biggest benefit of this place was the $10 fee to rent any and all of their pistols (plus an $11 lane fee). You have to purchase and use their ammo in their guns, but it's an awesome way to go test out a bunch of different ones for a relatively low cost. The two staff members that we talked to were both friendly and helpful. I really wish we lived in Wichita so we could join as members, but we'll still make another trip over soon. read more

This is the only indoor pistol/rifle range I will go to! They have a surprisingly large collection of quality firearms for sale and have a friendly staff willing to answer questions. It is great to have a place to go to and rent a pistol or bring your own. They have a large selection of ammo for sale, and a very large selection of gun cleaning supplies, common firearms accessories and parts, targets, and even some reloading components. They do concealed carry class here as well. The range inside is monitored and very safe. The rifle range is also great and there is a CCTV monitor to see your targets close up. They will also rent hearing and eye protection, and along with selling many different kinds of targets and renting pistols, all you need to do is show up! This place is definitely worth a visit for a safe shooting experience! read more

Price Gougers. I bought a bucket of unsorted brass for $100.00, less than 2 weeks later they wanted $150.00. I've been a member for 3 years and donated thousands of rounds before I started reloading. I have purchased overpriced reloading supplies and I've even purchased two fire arms that were priced almost $200.00 more than I could have bought elsewhere because I feel it is important to support local business. I will no longer do business with them again and will letting my friends know to stay clear of these guys. Customer service has rapidly declined over the last couple years. Also, these guys are just rude and unhelpful most of the time, the act like there're too good for their customers. read more
