This particular city listing had certain bold paint colors other than the typical staged white, and the Staging Tree worked with the colors for a modern yet homey feel. Their team understands proportion, and it felt like the furniture was made for the space. The inventory is high quality. Many times potential buyers asked if the sellers were still living in the space, because it did not feel staged... meaning, the furniture had a nice flow and the kind of lived-in quality that helps buyers immediately see a place like it's their home (rather than the sometimes stiff or uncomfortable effect with other staging). One of the best things about the Staging Tree is the option to pay with credit card, which is very rare with stagers. So helpful for sellers who are incurring a lot of other preparation costs.
