Okay - good ice cream but the 3 star reciew is based solely on the Bumbleberry pie. It had zero flavor. I'm a pie guy and my wife makes great pies and crusts so I'm not a rookie (50+ years of eating quality pies). We ordered pie and lemonades and was handed the pie quickly. We had to wait for the lemonade. I watched the two teenage girls make it and they put their faces in the cup to smell the flavoring I guess? I saw their faces touch the cups and I asked them politely if they could remake the drinks without having their faces touch the cups. One apologized and did it while I got a horrible attitude from the one with the long brown hair in a low pony tail, squishy face, larger stature and weird customer service voice. She came over with a passive aggressive attitude and my husband and I informed her that it was unnecessary and we just wanted our drinks. When I asked her why they had their face in it she said that they were checking it. I can't imagine what you need to check with your face on the cup. Anyway, the pie was mediocre at best. read more

Tasty ice cream and coffee shop with baked goods that does brisk business outside Zion - it's attached to the Bumbleberry Inn and a large gift shop, and full of their signature bumbleberry in many forms. They have tasty ice cream in for the most part typical flavors that are all named something different for the nearby park, but did have some unique ones as well. The lattes are good - they are generous with their flavorings so be aware if you don't want something very sweet! We had come into the restaurant around 745 asking for their hours- employee stated they are open till 9. We ate dinner and We came back at 835 pm and it still says open. The hours on the door say 9. Loved the ice cream and the bumbleberry pie. We could wander around the gift shop for hours.

There was a big line for the ice cream. It was great ice cream but I think that they need to change the service to include all of the servers behind the counter to dish out the ice cream. They seemed to have separate servers for the pies , ice-cream , and candy. It would work much faster if the servers worked together and combined their responsibilities. read more

This was the best ice cream we tried all week in Springdale. They have a lot of flavors and interesting names. We tried "emerald pools" which is mint choc chip, strawberry, and bumbleberry... all were really good. My wife got a slice of bumbleberry pie. It was amazing. Make sure they heat it for you. Prickly pear lemonade was amazing! After spending time in Zion, we needed a little refreshment before driving to Bryce Canyon, so we stopped in here. I ordered an iced coffee that was recommended by the girl taking my order. I cannot remember what is was called, but it was delicious. My dad ordered an iced Americano. My mom ordered a prickly pear iced tea, but unfortunately they were out of iced tea, but they said they could make her a lemonade. She absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend! read more

The perfect place for dessert after a good lunch or dinner! My family and I enjoyed this place so much that we went again a second time before leaving Springdale. For both visits we were helped by amazing staff who helped me choose a flavor of ice cream by giving their recommendations and being patient while I asked for samples. I love how unique the ice cream names are as well! I was shocked the first time we went because I ordered a single scoop and it looked like two large scoops instead because my ice cream cup was so full! My family also tried their hot drinks. We bought chai lattes and a caramel macchiato which were also delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for dessert and a great place to sit after a long day! We were in town for 1 night, while visiting Zion. We came here to get dessert. I LOVE ice cream and have a very high standard. I will go out of my way to find in house made ice cream. The 3 of us ordered 3 different items with different flavors. It was all just ok. The bumbleberry ice cream was the worst. It had a very strong perfumy taste that overwhelmed the ice cream. My son had an Italian soda and he ended up tossing it. My husband had a cookie dough milkshake and that was good. The line was long, but went quicker than anticipated. If your visiting Zion, you have to visit this restaurant. If you can, stay and the hotels don you get free breakfast. And this breakfast is so much better than the typical "Free Breakfast" other motels/hotels offer. The code is fresh and delicious and the food is made to order. This place is a must stop if you're in the Springdale, UT or Zion National Park area. My husband and I stopped in 3 different times during our stay and each time were not disappointed with the staff, ambiance of the store, or the quality of the baked goods we received. The bumbleberry pie was great (especially with ice cream), as were their triple chocolate chip cookies. We even purchased some to go, which were just as fresh/soft several days after purchase. We also had the cinnamon roll which was great, especially heated up. With all the goodies to select from, the associates were friendly and patient--as you'll need some time debating over what to get.
