Incredible. I curb rashed my new car. It was completely preventable; I should've waited until the truck blocking my way was finished with some loading before I drove out of the parking lot... Anyways, I requested their service for my front bumper. At first, I had doubts that my car would ever be the same again regarding the rash, and that a repair would not be enough to make it perfect as it was before (only had this car for less than 2 months). They did a fantastic job; it looks as if the rash never happened in the first place. It got restored back to dealership show car condition. The work was done quickly and efficiently, somewhat quicker than I'd expect it to take. The appointment process was good too. They are flexible with their time and even offered to show up early or same day. They make the process of booking an appointment smooth. Service and repair was professional and efficient. They also come to your location. It does not matter if you choose to want them to repair at your home or at your workplace. Very flexible and convenient for those who work full-time and would not have much time outside work during the weekdays. I am VERY picky about who touches my car, who washes it and how it gets washed, small specks on my paint, and the condition of my cars' appearance. I try to keep my cars looking as perfect as possible and as close to showroom condition as possible. I still recommend this service. At the end of the day, what matters the most is if they did the job right for a reasonable price. When Paul came out to my house and assessed the damage, he said he could also repair the scrapes and dents to the side panels beyond the bumper. I had wrongly assumed they only repaired bumpers. I texted a picture of my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee where my back plastic bumper was pushed in on both sides. All dented in. It looked horrible. He was timely, nice, and was able to get the job done in about 1 hour. Which was way quicker than I thought because of the level of damage. He was able to make it look like new.
