Sent my son up there for some parts. They were the rudest disrespectful guys to my son. I would not buy something from them.

Well to begin with I had a tail light out on my truck. I went in on the first day and after dealing…read morewith an employee that was CLEARLY under the influence of some sort of substance I got transferred to another employee. This was one of the rudest interactions with a salesperson I have ever had. She located the tail light on the website (Which again took another 20 minutes). I told her to order it and have it delivered to my house. A couple of days go by and I receive my tail light. I install it and it does not work. And for clarification both tail lights, blinkers, brake lights, and reverse lights worked prior to installing the *NEW* tail light. So I try my new tail light on the passenger side to troubleshoot if maybe my harness had gone out. It didn't work on that side either. I then plug my original tail lights back in and now they are not working. I go to the AutoZone in my town to figure out what the problem is. I am then transferred to the manager at this time which also had the social ability of a brick wall. He walks out and is looking at my truck, and without doing anything else says "You should take it to a technician." He did not try the light, did not look at either the new or old part, nor had any input as to what it could be. I mentioned the fuses and he said "O well maybe that could be it..." so upon opening the hood I had my right and left tail light fuses busted. I asked him for fuses which he did locate in a timely manner. (This being the first product anyone had any clue how to find without talking to every other employee in the store). He told me i had to buy them which blew me away because it was the part that AutoZone sold me that caused my fuses to blow anyways. (Found this out by plugging in new fuses and trying the old tail lights which worked fine and then trying the new tail light which caused them to blow). So at this point i have spent 100+ dollars on a tail light that doesn't work, fuses that I should not have had to buy, and a truck that is more broken that it was to begin with. We go inside to return the tail light and order a new one, when the employee checking me out says that the part is cheaper than what I paid the first time. This was confusing because I didn't understand how it could be cheaper than it was 3 days prior to that . So she gave me cash back and ordered the new part. The new part came in today and what would be a shock to most people, but when it comes to AutoZone's level of expertise was totally expected, was the wrong part. At this point I will not be returning to AutoZone to order the correct part because I would prefer to lose over 100 dollars and save myself from what seems to be another headache than have to deal with anyone in that store or the poor quality parts that I have dealt with thus far. And on a final note I do want something to be very clear. This is the first time I have ever taken the time out of my day to review a company online. I normally would go to the store and be polite and have it handled that way. But it's clear to me that doing so would probably not be of any value to my experience with AutoZone.

Brought my Jeep in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited an hour before an employee…read morecame to me to say there was a problem with the tire rotation. He pointed at two of the wheels lug studs on the same wheel next to each other had been stripped and the lugs cannot go on and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Then he said word for word (this happens all the time). I pointed back at all the metal shaving proving they were the ones that caused it. Then got charged in full for them breaking the vehicle. No offer to cover damage, no lift home and vehicle had to be left in a lot overnight until I can find a shop that can fix the vehicle. Pending small claims lawsuit soon to follow. Please don't let this happen to you. Stripping one of the wheel lug studs was bad enough but to then strip the one right next to it? Avoid at your own peril.

The Valvoline listing online said this place was open until 6pm. I drove 10 minutes to get there…read moreand arrived between 5:25 & 5:30. When I pulled up one of the team members said they were closing. I asked if they could take care of me so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes down the road to the next Valvoline that was open until 7:00 and why did their website said they were open until 6:00. They told me it was because they were bought out by some other company. It seemed like a pretty easy customer sat deal especially since they were starting up under a "new company". However, the manager must have wanted to punch the clock more than take care of and impress a potential new customer. Sad as it is - kinda convenient location - I highly doubt I would get my oil changed there now and I am less likely to recommend these guys.

I needed 1/4" Air-line Parts for my Motorhome, something you would think a Large RV Dealer would…read morehave on hand but they don't seem to have. Anyway I found myself trying to locate two Tee-Unions that needed today, but most of the Truck Parts Dealers in Tyler all closed at 5:pm or earlier. I found Rush Truck Center in Tyler, TX to open until 7:30 and it was on my way out of town. What I found was the "Shop" is open until 7:30 but "Parts" closes at 6:PM normally. I said "normally", as pulled into their parking lot Chris was locking the door and heading out. I called out to him that I was need of a couple connectors, he turned around opened the door and told me to come in. He opened the parts department to a non-commercial truck owner, a guy with a small motorhome that needed a couple of inexpensive parts. It's hard these days to find someone that will do the right thing let alone a business with employees willing to help you out. Thank you!!

They recommended two places, the other shop, who eventually repaired the issue, didn't call us back. Until I called begging after being deserted by Rush. So first, the first guy arrived without the proper plug-in for testing. Based on a guess, he sent the TCM, transmission control module, out to be repaired. This was after he borrowed a pad and tried it. It was not the TCM. That company cleared the code and sent it back. This took two weeks. Next, they tried another pad. Each time, I had given them the trouble shooting guide to determine the issue. The 2nd man they sent went through half of the guide and determined it was wiring. He was directed to borrow a 2nd pad and try it, then take it back. He had said he was being sent somewhere else where the next day. He left everything unwrapped and disconnected. We didn't realize no one was coming back until I received a call to pay the bill by entering my credit card into a website. No bill, no explanation of what was done, nothing!! Not only did they not take correct actions to determine the issue, but when they couldn't, they just threw their hands up and gave up without
