The mayor resides here with offices and public offices here. There's also a sculptor of the marriage of the Duke there. Fans are on the square cheering up to the sports athletes standing on the balcony. The draw in for us was the glockenspiel, the large clock in the center that goes off 2-3 times a day. The display was beautiful! So many intricate parts moving in detail! It was beautiful and definitely worth sitting around and finding a good spot to view.
