The inspection said I did anyway this was about 10 yrs ago. If something like that happened today there would be all kinds of repercussions and consequences. For all involved but this was before the laws changed and social media was used to rightly crucify folk. Needless to say I did not sign that paperwork from the mortgage company scam artists right along with the scheming RE agents no thanks to that dude. I could have sued. I filed a complaint against the mortgage company for racist remarks and that also went no where. Now on the other hand fast forward to the one located in North Philadelphia around Broad and Erie, service is like night and day. Wonderful older woman I worked with for counseling was excellent, she called back when I had questions and told me what to do if I had any problems with any party involved when purchasing a home. That was about five years ago or so. She was like a one woman show. I learned from that experience, go to the next one. Outside of the one dude the services and workshops are very helpful as well as the people who present them. Boy I tell you I love 2020 practically everyone/anyone who is wrong can be checked and called out if necessary.

Their customer experience on line, via the call center, or via email is HORRENDOUS. You often have to wait 1-3 hours to ask a simple question. Often the call center disconnects you after you have been on hold for 45 minutes or longer. It's been this way for the last 4-5 years and they have made no improvements. I don't recommend them to anyone who might need to interact with customer service. Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with in that regard.

However, TruMark is a shared bank with the bank that I do have an account with ... So it allows me to go here as well as a couple other financial centers for banking services. So if I was able to get to my bank/ I did not need to make a withdrawal. I would have never came here. (And I really wish I didn't) So I walk in through the secured doors. Feel out the withdrawal slip and get in line. The line is pretty long because I'm guessing maybe because the 1st is New Years and the branch will be closed. Also this bank has a lot of bilingual bank tellers here. Which is a plus, because it seemed like 95 % of the people that came in were Hispanic. But the part is some of the customers only knew Spanish and did not understand when the bank teller said "next"... And the tellers could tell the customer did not understand English. Yet still did not call or signal the customer. They just waited for another customer that was able to speak Spanish told the customer..... So the line is moving slow. So finally I get to the bank teller. She's saying "next" but I can't see her because she'll sitting at the end with her chair low..(ridiculous) When I get down to where she is her and the teller beside her have no customer. So instead of her saying "I said next".. It's like she wanted me to read her brain lmaoo. She puts my acct# in and says "it's not working the acct# number could be wrong or maybe your bank system is down and it won't let me pull it up" ... So being as though this is my first time coming to this branch or even using one of my financial centers shared banks. I go to hand her the card I received when I opened my account with my acct# number on it. So she can double check the numbersAnd she just blurts out without even looking at the card. "I already tried three times it won't let me, you need to call customer service" I'm at lost for words, after waiting in that line.... No type of customer service, just classless. So I step out of line, after picking up my withdrawal slip. I drop my darn phone I'm so annoyed at her unprofessionalism. And I hear her say "if you like you can go in the conference room"... I was a bank teller at Wachovia for almost 4 years. And when I tell you we strived for excellent customer service!! We looked to make the customers transaction was easy as possible. So not only did I have to wait 15 mins on hold with customer service for my bank. Just to find out if the bank teller would have just looked at the card I tried to show her. I could have avoided wasting 20 mins out of my day. Just because she wanted to make it harder for me... So I get back in line and now almost all the teller are out talking behind the counter but yet no one is calling me. Than one young girl does. And she acts like she has a attitude lmaoo. (I truly will never understand people) she puts my money on the counter and not in my hand.... Update ::: I spoke with the branch manager and she was very apologetic about my bad experience that day. And I really respect and appreciate it!! When someone reaches out to you after having a bad experience. It shows that they do in fact value their customers. Which she didn't have to do. Gary Winkler, State Farm Insurance agent works against his clients! Beware, use extreme caution!…read more My mother had a hole in her oil tank and the heating oil leaked all in her basement. That happened on 1-15-2024. My mother hired a company to clean the oil up. on 2-13-24 my mother and I called state farms to see when they are going to pay the claim and the insurance adjuster asked my mother how she want her insurance claim payment digital or check. My mother told the insurance adjuster that she wants a digital payment. The insurance adjuster explained the digital payment process and stated it should be in her account in 24-48 hours. The insurance adjuster called back and said that my mother cannot gets a digital payout because the mortgage company policy stated the insurance claim check have to have the mortgage company name on the check so the insurance company cannot electronically transfer the funds. My Mother and I called her mortgage company to confirm what the insurance adjuster told us about the mortgage company policy stating they have to be on the check. The mortgage company representative said, " putting us on the check came from the insurance company, but we will get the check see if she owes any back payments then mail the check-out to her." The paper check process takes from 30-45 days. State farms said it takes 7 to 10 businesses days to mail it to my mother, then my mother have to sign the check and endorsed it over to her mortgage company. When my mother put i in the mail that is another 7-10 days before the bank get it. Once the bank has the check the bank stated it takes 20 days to process, I informed both the state farms and the mortgage company that this process will cause my mother harm and the company who cleaned up the oil spill is going to have to wait another 45 days to get paid. I asked both state farms and the mortgage company who is going to pay the interest or penalties the company will charge for waiting another 30 to 45 days. Bothe the Insurance adjuster and the mortgage rep stated that it will be on my mother. I called Gary Winkler my mother State Farm agent. Instead of trying to resolve the issue for my mother he was combative and implying we are committing fraud. He stated the company can wait for the funds so I asked him if he can wait for his payments. He made it seem like we are doing something wrong for advocating for the electronic option and the company should not have to wait another 30 to 45 days. As I stated before BEWARE and use extreme caution when having Gary winkler as your insurance agent or choosing State farms for your insurance needs. African Americans as you already know we have to fight for any justice and they always giving us a hard way to go. My mother pays all her bills on time and is in not back on her mortgage. Why do the mortgage company need to see if she is behind in her payments before the will endorse an insurance claim check to her? This is my mother second claim after being with state farms for 18 years and it was over 10 years ago since the first claim. Gary Winkler line of questioning was inappropriate deflected the issue about getting the electronic transfer told me my mother should have heat and this is put in place to make sure no fraud is not being committed. He was very insensitive to my mother needs and the delay in paying her claim will cause her harm and stress. My mother main heating source is from the oil heat. Gary Winkler did not have any empathy or sympathy, when I told him she does not have any heat and the clean-up have to be paid before the new system will be put in place. He said, " the company can wait for their payments." but he will not wait to get paid when it comes time to pay the insurance bill. BUYER BEWARE GARY WINKLER WORK AGAINST HIS CLIENTS. HE IS NOT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE HE DO NOT WORK IN YOUR INTEREST
