This place is getting ridiculous by the minute. I called today because I was relayed a message about monthly payments. Why couldn't they just call me directly? They have my phone number AND email. Apparently, there's some balance left because insurance hasn't sent in payments and "I will call you if there's any balance left". She got her braces off LAST YEAR ! How are they just figuring this out right now ???? This has been the worst experience at such a professional setting! Forget customer service! They don't do the treatment properly either. The technician put the bands in a completely different section. This seriously caused my daughter more pain than necessary. How can you not read the notes written in the chart first ? read more

The place is set up for kids, right when you walk in there's things to keep them busy while they wait and even when they're sitting down there's a tv over head for them to watch while they get work done. We have been bouncing around for a good practice that was comfortable with kids and our move to Burbank got us landed here with Burbank Pediatric Dentistry! It's been very seamless here. From getting our insurance checked all the way to our kids enjoying the experience. They have had no issues with the dental hygienists and the pediatric dentists! They are very kind and gentle with the kids. The first XRays for my 4 year old went seamlessly and they were gentle with an aphtous ulcer my older one had. This place is not as caring as they seem. I brought my son here for his cleanings and two seperate appointments I brought up the tooth decay on the back of his front teeth, MULTIPLE times, they brushed it off saying it's fine just brush with flouride and I tried telling them I think he needs more than that. I trusted them and listened so I kept brushing with flouride, well guess what, later after his teeth started hurting I found a new dentist and by that time it was too late, he had an infection in both of his front teeth and my 2 and a half year old had to have his front teeth pulled out. If they had listened to me the first time I brought it up, even the 2nd time I brought it up, his teeth could have been saved. He had the most BEAUTIFUL smile and because they don't listen to parents concerns my poor baby lost his teeth, I lost my baby's beautiful smile. All this place is good for is routine cleaning absolutely NOTHING else. read more

We just had our first appointment for my 2 1/2 year old here. Elizabeth was our dentist and she was so sweet to my girl, and she worked quickly & gently. They are taking proper Covid precautions (sanitizer, masks, temperature checks, plastic barrier at front desk, full PPE on the dental staff, limited appointments, etc). They are in-network for our dental insurance, so that was great compared to other dentists. They have a TV on the ceiling so that the kids can choose something to watch on Netflix and be distracted during the treatment. (Obviously they will turn it off if you don't allow screen time). They gave my girl a balloon, a new toothbrush, flossers, toothpaste, and a toy to choose from a big box of goodies (bracelets, slinkies, play dough, etc). I feel very comfortable bringing her here again in the future, and absolutely recommend it. read more
