Our roof is probably 20-25 years old so most other contractors woulda just declared us needing a new roof and charged a lot of $$, but Ammar was straight up with us and said what the issue were and we would not need a new roof replacement, he said with just a bit of know how and a days work he could fix things and we could avoid a hefty cost.
