Another pc needed a new motherboard, they ordered the parts AND sent us a copy of the invoice so we could see they were NOT up-pricing the parts, and had it fixed in just a few days. Labor prices for their repairs are also very reasonable, and certainly MUCH cheaper than just replacing the computer b/c "it broke".

Dec 30, brother has it halfway working, but do not move tower or touch on/off button because it will crash. I truly think they screwed with it, no concern for my problem. I'll admit I have been spoiled had a great IT guy in old state, live and learn.
