You can get some good deals there, but like all these places, I guess the staff there must be on a commission, because they always try and get you to buy those little extras like insurance. If your phone contract is up for renewal, you can get some good incentives for buying a new contract with them, maybe a free laptop for example. It is often busy in there and you might have to hand around for a bit to be served.
