Let me start off by saying, I have a 30-year background of law including 40 different areas of law. I suffered a huge damages by a pharmacist that gave me the wrong medication and refused to give me the ordered medication as it was readily available. I filed a complaint with the store, they then kicked me out of the store. The whole matter was a lot of recorded. Based on the fact that the cases above and beyond meritorious with huge potential damage awards. Having said that, Berk Simpson would have to do a little bit of work on the case in order for that too thank financial damages for themselves. I did believe that they were credible at one time how are they completely showed me that they're just another TV lawyer that cherry picks cases and in my case very little to no interest in trying to work sn incredible meritorious case.. sure they win their fair share of cherry picking case.. in my opinion they're not incredible offer that's the way they handle my situation. read more

I highly recommend this firm for Worker's Comp case representation. The WC system is so flawed that the injured worker can be at a disadvantage and become a casualty of the process.
