Luckily for me, Emily answered the phone to take the order and was just as kind and relaxed as she could be. She assured me that the flowers could be delivered same day, on Grandma's Race weekend! She asked my budget, and any specific floral choices I might want, and she put me as ease, first by assuring me delivery wouldn't be a problem, by accommodating my budget and by helping me make what turned out to be a stunner of a bouquet. The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! I did have some specific requests, and the lady on the phone was SO nice and SO helpful. (I THINK her name might have been Emily). Well, they really made two beautiful arrangements SO special! And, when my friend answered her door, with her 3 year old little girl beside her, the delivery lady crouched down to greet the daughter happily. It made the little girl feel SO special!
