Hamburgers we ordered had a VERY odd aftertaste. Figured they may have been undercooked but the taste was so bad, we couldn't finish them. My daughter and I both ended up throwing our burgers away after we ate about 1/3rd of them. Crinkle fries were bland and flavorless and not good at all. 2 hours after getting home that night, we both ended up with SEVERE stomach pains that kept us up most of the night. That sick after eating 1/3rd of a burger; scared to imagine if I had eaten the whole thing. The woman who took our orders was very nice (owner not so much) though and it was really clean. So those are some positives... Obviously, I won't be back and I'm disappointed because the reviews on here were so good. Good place to grab a burger and chicken fingers for the kids. I got the burger special which comes with a drink and fries and two kids chicken finger meals and my bill was $16 not to shabby. It's your typical country style burger joint where you can get slaw dogs and burgers. Will be back to try the shakes. Do not under estimate this small hamburger joint, the bugers are cooked fresh, and their shakes are made from hand scoop ice cream. I like this restaurant very much. They have a chicken wrap that tastes so good. And there fries are awesome. They are the kind I grew up eating at school. They are long and crisp. They are made when you place your order. So they are nice and hot. The wrap has a white sauce I think it's a cucumber sauce. You might want to ask for some extra sauce on the side. Sadly, burgers are smaller than the bun, as noted by others. They are pretty consistent though, at least on my three visits. Onion rings are great! Burgers are fresh and hot. Was craving a cheeseburger last Sunday and very disappointed to find they close at 3:00, but internet hours say they are closed on Sunday?! Hummmm... which is it? Burgers are awesome. If you've ever been to an old school pharmacy/burger joint, this has the same feel. I always get a double cheeseburger special, which comes with fries. Fries are crinkle cut and ALWAYS crisp. No soggy or under cooked nonsense. Food comes out fast too. Service is always friendly and they have no problem waiting to make your shake for the road.
