Called restaurant for 3days no one answered. Finally got a hold of the manager (Juan) he told me that the meat they sent was dried out. So it's ok to sell dried out burgers? Wanted a credit for the 3 whoppers he told me no. He can only give me a cheeseburger Asked if I can get franchise info to talk to owner or send a Email. He told me no. I had guests from out of town wanting to try Burger King. What a disappointment. After this ordeal I want a refund that I'm waiting for owner to contact me regarding. I had to search to find corporate email. Spent almost $40 for total bill. Will not be visiting again. Don't trust the food now. Don't waste your money go down the street to McDonald's. Took over 5 minutes just to order with exactly 2 people in line ahead.No apology for the wait. Total time was like 13 minutes, for fast food, with, again, 2 people ahead and maybe I person inside; was off-hours. Ordered "deluxe" spicy chicken sandwich, which apparently means "tomato + lettuce" rather than pickle from what the woman said. Paid the deluxe price; over $5 with tax. Asked for no lettuce; she repeated that. I didn't say NO TOMATO, I said NO LETTUCE; receipt was correct so I didn't didn't check. Got home; no lettuce OR TOMATO, and thankfully no pickle, but 1. why was I charged for deluxe when I received neither of the "deluxe" toppings, and 2. why is a slice of tomato more than a slice of pickle? Also, there was so little of the "spicy sauce" I could barely see any and could taste none; had to add my own lest I eat a dry, plain sandwich. Woman was not friendly, did not thank me after handing me bag. When asked if they still had the nice spicy dipping sauce, because I'd have liked extra just in case, she said "No, no spicy sauce at all." Not "Sorry" just no. She was also wearing her mask UNDER HER NOSE, and under her chin when she turned away, so breathing on the register, food, credit card, etc with no covering. What's the point? Chicken ITSELF was good but not worth the price, even if it was done right, which it wasn't. Could have gotten a larger, tastier piece of chicken with or without a bun for less at KFC, and without the attitude or error. I know it's just fast food but I work hard for my money and would like to get what I order. Just once. Don't bother ordering on the app here. Terrible service. Pulled up after ordering while waiting on my order 6 other vehicles ordered, paid, and left the drive- thru before I received mine. This was actually the second week in a row that there was excessive waiting in line. First time I thought it was a fluke, but I will not be returning to this location. Also, my vanilla shake was less than expected. It had the consistency of a glass of milk as I put the straw in the top came loose shake all over this was thrown away certainly not worth the$3.49 paid for. read more

Came here for a mid day snack and also just because I was in the mood for some impossible whoppers. Service was really great! The staff is full of energy! The establishment was much newer. What I didn't like was trying to leave the burger King and attempt to head northbound on Pulaski and the seats inside the restaurant as well. Driver thru lady had a attitude and kept being rude in morning 10:10am. I never had any issues or complaints but today was a joke.

No stars. Took me 20 minutes to get my order. New Ch'King sandwich has NO flavor and hardly any sauce. Chick Fila and Popeyes run circles around BK. Also, as noted by the lady behind me, the restaurant goes completely dark at night. They leave their shifts/posts. Then later, the lights will come on again. So the workers are not available through midnight, as posted on the sign. Better check on that one, management. read more

I can guarantee with absolute certainty that 99.999% of the time that they will get your order wrong! Even the mobile orders , even on non-peak hours they get orders wrong. The don't listen to the customers. I ordered the 2 for ten deal which is 2 whoppers , 2 small fries and 2 small cokes, 20 piece chicken nuggets and a Mario whopper meal, which is a small whopper combo with a sweepstakes entry. I was hoping to write a review directly on the Burger King website via their receipt survey, but it would not take it. So here goes my concerns. The employees seem to be in a trance, they look lost and have a blank look on their faces. Walked up to the counter and placed my order and received a blank stare from the girl taking the order. Two other customers had placed orders behind me, waited forever to get my order as the people who were behind me got theirs first. But what really got me ticked was the employee standing by the front door smoking. He walked outside to catch a smoke, but he decided to stand right next to door. As the trance girl walked outside the same door to give a drive thru customer their order, she decided to have a conversation with the smoker. So besides letting all that nice cold air into the restaurant, all the smoke also came in too. Isn't there some rule that you have to stand a certain distance from the door while smoking? read more

So I saw that Burger King has some "California Whopper" and I thought to myself "that sounds disgusting, but I guess I should try it anyway." So I pull to the drive-thru at this BK, the guy ahead of me tries to order and 2 people can be heard cracking up as he tries to place his order. It was like a female Beavis and Butthead! After about 45 seconds the laughter dies down and he places his order. He orders 2 single stackers and the person on the other end asks "2, as in T-W-O" The guy replies "yes." They reply "2 double stackers?" The guy replies "no." The person taking the order and the person listening with them laugh hysterically for another minute or two before correcting his order and telling him to pull around. Then I pulled around, around the person that had just placed his order, out of the driveway, and onto Pulaski. Were they drunk? Were they stoned? This Burger King located where I live in Alsip, IL is an average to sometimes below average to sometimes above average Burger King with some friendly staff (and managers) the food is ok (around average) and the service is about average as well. Sometimes food may take a few minutes to get ready and serve, whether you walk in to dine or go through the drive thru. There is also a play area for kids in a separate area. This location is clean, somewhat well staffed and sometimes crowded as well. I give this location 3/5 stars. read more

Where do I start with this awful experience? Saturday afternoon at 1:45. I was in the drive-thruu for close to 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order. When I got to the speaker, it was 5 minutes before I spoke to the cashier. I had ordered one cheeseburger, their smallest onion ring, mozzarella sticks with mozzarella, and their smallest Jalepeno cheddar bites. When the cashier handed me my food, I asked for some ketchup. She said"I took care of you. It's in the bag." It wasn't in the bag. Instead,I was given an order of french fries That was fortunate, as it was the only thing in the bag that tasted good. I had been looking forward to the cheeseburger. It was always my favorite thing on the menu. But without the ketchup, mustard and pickles that's supposed to be on it, it was just bland. The rubbery mozzarella sticks were just tasteless, especially since they failed to give me the maranera sauce I ordered. The jalapeno things were lacking in flavor. The onion rings were not crispy at all. In fact, the only thing that was good was the free french fries. They were piping hot and perfectly salted. I was never a fan of their fries,but they have clearly changed their recipe. I can't see never stopping at this location again, and this has really turned me off BK, a place I rarely go to. read more

On Friday, June 16, my mother and I stopped at your location at 12010 S Pulaski Rd, Alsip, IL 60803. We order the whopper meals for dine-in and take-out for us and my brother, respectively. I asked for the burgers, OB (off broiler). Cashier was unfamiliar with term, how to punch in an order and how to operate the cash register. After the cashier provided a receipt, she began putting fries into the container. No, she did NOT wash her hands nor wear gloves! Unsanitary! I complained and asked to speak with the manager. The cashier called the manager (Asian), from the grill, who said, "What does she want?" Well, how about walking to the front to find out WHY a CUSTOMER wants to speak with you?! The cashier, who nastily continually referred to me as 'SHEEEE' said, "SHESEE don't want me to pack her fries 'cause I was handlin' money." Manager finally appeared, and I voiced my concern about the cashier handling money AND food, without using gloves or sanitizing her hands. Very unsanitary! Manager stared and didn't realize customers KNEW cashiers could NOT handle food after working with money, and not properly sanitizing their hands. After staring for several minutes, she threw away the food. When two whoppers arrived, I took them to the table, opened them and discovered the smashed burger contained a few pieces of lettuce, three pickles and lots of ketchup. My mother's smashed burger contained an additional pickle. Both were cold! She asked me not to complain about the burger, because as a diabetic, she was hungry, NEEDED to eat and wanted to leave! Never will we return to this unsanitary location! BTW, flies and mosquitoes were on the interior window! Yuck! read more
