I've gone hear a few times on the way to my partners. It's your standard BK, where you can have it your way. There's a drive thru, but I like to go inside rather than waste gas & cause emissions while waiting in line. I also get no plastic lid or straw even though I know my actions are insignificant next to all the pollution that BK causes. I appreciate that they have a vegan whopper so at least I can eat cruelly & plastic free. The food is prepared fresh & the staff has always been efficient & friendly. They have one of those coke machines that you can chose whatever flavor you want. I'm a big fan of orange Vanilla Coke & I like being able to get a soda even though Coke is an even bigger polluter than BK. read more

I bought 2 full meals (with coupons). Normally I'd be charged $27.54 (what it is ACTUALLY worth) but today I was charged $30.72. I have noticed that (at least) 1 person who makes the food NEVER wears anything on their head when making the food (they are REQUIRED to wear a Burger King hat or visor to lower the chances of their hair getting in the food). I used to work there and employees are allowed to leave (during their shift) and be away from the store for hours because the manager who works there is horrible at his job and doesn't care enough about his job. This Burger King is unusual because it shares a building with a BP gas station and from the dining area, there is a door going right into the gas station's convenience store. The dining area has an odd corner that looks like part of the kitchen or service area but is now unused and the real service area is to the left of that. Oddities aside, this is a fairly standard Burger King restaurant with up-to-date decor in the dining area. Service was fine. They got off to a slow start but once the manager chipped in with a key piece of info, they went right to work and got our orders ready in a decent amount of time. Food preparation was somewhat inconsistent, however. One of our chicken sandwiches had very little lettuce and mayo. Also, when I went to use the restroom, the toilet flusher didn't work, which points to a lapse in maintenance. All in all, it's a mixed bag of a visit but this location seems good enough for a return visit. read more

Weaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak I generally like Burger King hash browns better than McDonald's hash browns. Why you ask? Well, its my personal theory that the greater surface area per unit hash brown allows for a superior crunch factor. As crunch factor is the best part of fried potato products, given a choice of Burger King or McDonald's breakfast, I will almost always choose BK (also, transformers toys ftw). Anyway. I generally like Burger King for fast food, but our entire order was cold. Our trip from the location to our home was less than 2 miles. It is hard to return to an establishment when you receive fries that are ice cold. The employee at the drive-thru was friendly and polite. read more

Yeaaaaaaaah, normally I'm a fan of BK over McD's because of the grilled taste. However, this joint just lacks. It lacks flavor, service, and heat. Heat? Yeah, as in cold food. The bone about this place was that because it's near the high way, by the time I got onto I-95 and was in a rhythm that would allow me to pull my Whopper out, I bit into it and realized that it was luke warm at best. After only 3 minutes? Give me a break - someone needs to do better about the food there. Blech. read more

I eat at the BK chain frequently but not this one any more. I ordered a Caesar salad. I received NO receipt, no croutons, and no utensils. So now I'm at my office with a useless salad and no way to prove I even ordered it to complain to them or their corporate. So I'm warning you- ask for EVERYthing you suspect you may need because they won't care enough to include it otherwise. Poor service. read more

The staff is fast and friendly. The dining room is relatively clean. The teens that seem frequent are decent kids that cause no problems. The parking lot is awful. I honestly drove through what I thought was a puddle. It was a deep pothole. read more

Recently visited this location expecting to get the best service, fresh food, and for the restaurant to be clean considering they JUST got done remodeling. However my experience was quite the opposite. My food tasted so old, the fries were soggy, my burger was put together sloppy. The staff was so unfriendly and not attentive. it doesn't matter how many fancy games you have or if your store is brand new because at the end of the day the food & service is really where it counts !!! Definitely wont be back there ever again!! You can get better food for a better price elsewhere. read more
