I haven't gone here in years because he used to be a really bad Burger King. Apparently nothing has changed actually yes somethings have changed it's gotten worse. Went here today and purchase to impossible whopper meals. I asked for one of the whoppers not to have mayonnaise, and that was the only alteration to the order. The one whopper that had the mayonnaise crossed out on the paper, they had put mayonnaise on it and scraped it off. There was still mayonnaise on it. The impossible whopper patties, were still frozen in the middle. Before the edges of the patty they were really mushy and soupy, and they were cold. French fries, even though we waited 10 minutes to get our order, were old and hard. I don't know when they cooked them... but it wasn't in the past hour. And the soda was flat. I don't expect much going to Burger King. But these two meals cost me slightly over $20, and we could not eat them. I ended up giving a burger to each one of my dogs. It was a waste of money. I will not make the mistake of going back. I'm a bit upset with myself for giving them another try. read more

Just drove to the BK in Elkhorn, Wi. to get my son dinner. It was 7 pm. Their door says they are open until 9 pm drive-thru. Person inside working. No one comes to the drive-thru window. Really 0 stars. Shut this place down. Ordered through DoorDash & driver even told wrong. I called. Ordered 2 Kids meals purposely with milk. Ordered shake. I got 2 Hershey pies substituted for Oreo shake. Don't want pies. Don't like that much chocolate. Substituted 2 apple juice for milk in 2 kids meals. My wife, son and I stopped in after a doctor appointment on Sunday. Positive #1 - wait staff was courteous. Positive #2 - the food was actual comfortably edible. Negative # 1 - the temp inside was 66 degrees. Too cold to be comfortable. Negative # 2 - the seats are hard flat plastic. Literally, a pain in the a##. Negative # 3 - the place is not clean at all! Used to come here every morning, until the new management. In the past month, uve gotten stale burritos about 5 times now. The coffee is never right. Either there's no sweetener in it or there's waaaay too much. I've never had such horrible customer service than from here. Everyone is so rude, even the manager. They get my order wrong EVERY time or forget part of my order. Last time I brought my food back without even having any of it. There was a piece of long dark hair on my sandwich and they didn't give me my fries.
