We ordered a lahmacun (no frills, salad, meat), a veggie durum with cheese and a veggie sandwich with cheese. The counter guy told us that it would take a few minutes and then went off to prepare the dough for our dishes. He even made the flatbread for my veggie sandwich right there, fresh on the spot. It took about 2 minutes in the oven for the bread to be baked and then he filled our orders as instructed. Our son had ordered the lahmacun and mentioned that this was the best one, he had ever had in the area. I can only second that. I had the veggie sandwich and it was not only quite generous in size but also delicious. My husband loved his veggie durum as well. We will definitely be back.
