Worst experience in a BK ever! Food took forever to get (dine-in) at 30 min!!! The bathrooms were very dirty. They couldn't handle a lunch crowd on a Sunday and had to close down their drive thru. I went to the Burger King in Las Vegas New Mexico on Grand Avenue. I ordered a #1 Whopper meal medium and two tacos. When I got to the takeout window the employee was not wearing a required mask and told me he was not going to wear it. I told him he had to wear a mask and he refused. I then drove forward and then he came out and gave me my meal. When I got home instead of a whopper there was a hamburger bun a piece of meat and a piece of cheese and that is all. This restaurant is a health hazard and is most likely infecting people. Do not eat here. Not only do they have unhealthy standards but they also are retaliatory and they did not take my complaint when I called the restaurant instead they hung up the phone. read more

This place is a joke, this is my second experience with this place and it's crappy service, I've had the food because I walked out twice now. My wife and I walked in the young man behind the counter was helping a customer in front of me. After he was done waiting on them. It was our turn next, the young man looked at us then walked away and ignored us for a full ten minutes. He got a ice tea from the fountain drink dispenser then proceeded to hit back behind the counter. Then he went and shuffled the fry's a couple times and then he walked in back, I can hear him talking. Then can to the drive up window and gave an order to a customer at the drive up. I've experienced this before here and decided not to make sound to see if they would even notice us. They never did. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I travel around the US for work. We've been through Las Vegas, NM twice in the past month. Today we stopped by this Burger King to order some lunch. We were second in line in the drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker and sat there for at least 10 minutes. We thought maybe the speaker was broken, however, the guy in front of us just ordered so we knew it was working... after waiting a few more minutes a lady says "what do you want!" We ordered 2 meals and a side order of ghost pepper chicken nuggets. The lady taking our order rudely said "I discontinued those". We told her fine, we'll just take the 2 meals. We pulled forward and waited for another 15 minutes. While waiting I noticed how dirty the building was. Spider webs in the window, trash all over the ground, etc. I was reading through Yelp/Google reviews and I immediately knew we made a bad choice coming here. I was starting to get concerned about the quality of the food we ordered and when the last time this Burger King had a health inspection done. After waiting another 5 minutes the guy in front of us received his food and that's when we decided to just leave. It is very cold out and the kiddos we're ready to play. So we brought them to Burger King so they wouldn't get sick. The play room was nice and warm without being stuffy! The staff was extremely considerate and even gave the children an extra toy because one of theirs broke! The staff was very organized and kept the inside very clean. The worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Serving a whopper with no lettuce, tomatoes or pickles...and not just one time. A homeless man came in begging for food, and I'm ok with that. The staff at this store is not good. They act like they do not want to be there. Cashier inside who helped us had what looked like white dried up chicken batter caked on his hands. They only had coffee straws for our drinks. Asked for regular straws and an off duty employee who was hanging around the counter said they were out. I would also give this location a Zero if possible! I went in with my family my wife had to clean an area so we can sit with our newborn. I stood in line about 10 minutes then when I got to the register the lady said to quit taking orders there not making any of the prior orders. There were about 4 cars waiting for there food in the drive thru and about 7 people in line behind me when I ended up walking out she nice I wasn't even acknowledged. Me my husband and 4 year old son stopped here to get something to eat on the way home and this is the most disgusting burger king I have ever been to.
