Young female employee used the toilet, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and proceeded directly to front counter and started to take orders. Canceled my order and immediately left the premises. Overheard heavy set other young female employee reply that there are plungers in both bathrooms that customers can use to fix the clog. I do not believe that it is the customers responsibility to unclog toilets. Stay away! read more

Horrible staff have came there multiple times at 9 am trying to get one sausage buiscuit everytime and they never have any and when asked how long it will take they tell me 15 minutes who that serves breakfast in the am doesn't have biscuits or at least some that don't take 15 minutes went down to braums way nicer people cheaper and tastes better anyways read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. The general manager, Misty, behaved in the most unprofessional manner that I have never seen in my 30 years in the restaurant business. Unbelievably poor customer service. Possibly the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to patronize. I say attempting because, despite having placed a mobile order from my house on the other end of town and waiting another 11+ minutes pulled up in their drive thru parking space waiting for meat to cook, and despite being cussed at by the manager (while she pummeled the front counter with her fists) for asking for my money back, I left with neither my food nor my money and had to call both the Monett Police Department and Burger King Corporation to get my refund processed. This location needs new management in the worst way. It's too late for me and my family, but BK needs to fire Misty immediately before losing anymore customers for life. read more

Food was whatever but. The play place on the other hand was absolutely disgusting. It looked and smelled like it hasn't been cleaned. There's old spilt drinks inside the play place, when going inside the slide it smells like vomit so bad. Wouldn't recommend. They definitely do not clean this like they should. Andrew, the crew leader needs to really understand that his attitude can really effect what little customers Burger King has in this town. This store has to be the absolute slowest per order. 8 minutes ot takes to serve 2 hambers in the drive thru. I'm asked to pull up and when I asked why, as I am the ONLY ONE IN THE LINE, the employee walks away without answering. This is the worst place to get food in Monett! They always forget 2 or more items on your order, it takes forever to get through the drive through, and when you get the order the food has been sitting for most of the day. The bread is hard and stale, and the lettuce and tomatoes are suggy looks like they have been picked out from the garbage. I found a lether watch band in a whopper that was cooked with the hamburger patty. When I complained about it they didn't do anything about it because I had driven away from the drive through. We've eaten here several times. The food quality is hit and miss. Sometimes it's hot, fresh and tasty; sometimes it's warm and rubbery as if it's been sitting around. Customer service is very poor. No one acknowledges you at the counter when you first approach. After a few minutes one of the workers standing around will yell at someone in the back to come out and take your order. There always seems to be something broken or out. Bottom line is this restaurant is poorly managed. It's too bad because the Burger King app is great and the specials (2 for $6) make it very affordable for families and seniors. read more

8:30 am on a Thursday... Why do I have to wait an extended period, along with two others, for a standard menu item? So many waiting (for EGGS!) there's no place to "pull ahead", so I wait at the window with nobody behind me. Pull over there, I'm told after 3-4 minutes,so I pull forward 3 feet, to the back of the car waiting ahead. 4-5 minutes pass and my order appears, and I leave the 3 still waiting behind. Basic business practice standard: don't take orders you cannot fill timely or notify the customer if an extended wait is expected. Not the first time this has happened here, wish management took notice. read more

Sat in drive thru line for just under 10 minutes as the first car in line. Called and ask if the drive thru was working, and told someone would be right there. When I finally left without being able to order I called and asked to talk to manager on duty. When she eventually got to the phone she was immediately rude and hateful, so I was also in return. After her hanging up on me 3 times she stated if I called again she would file harassment on me. So me recourse is now limited to social media. I would rate lower but don't know how. In all honesty I haven't liked burger king since i was a kid but today I figured I'd try it again and see if my taste had changed. I was there about 5:30 pm with my fiance and his mom. We had ordered for us and my fiances brother who chose to stay home. Included in the order were 3 cherry comes and a regular come (we were given 4 cherry cokes but oh well no big deal) and a double quarter pounder king plain with cheese. The first version of the burger they brought me was 2 patties on a bun, no cheese (easy fix right?) We took it back cuz, well, i like my cheese. The second version was 1 patty with lettuce and stuff on a bun (if I wanted the veggies I wouldn't have ordered it plain, ya know?) Still no cheese (I love cheese, there's no point to a burger without cheese) so we took it back again. The third version was almost what I ordered! The only problem was it only had half the cheese it was supposed to. At this point I was already highly irritated (to put it lightly)(don't play with a fat girls food) so we said f**k it and went home. I tried the third burger, it still tasted like crap. My dogs and cats loved it tho! Needless to say we wont be returning. As a side note in pretty sure they need to check the drink machine and make sure nothing's wrong cuz the cherry coke tatsed really funky and not in a cool way, also we discovered why the chicken nuggets are so cheap, they taste like cardboard. read more
