While me and my dad was ordering our food there was a nice woman who was taking our order I asked for the jr chicken meal with a vanilla milkshake and then some white guy bud in saying theres no jr chicken meals and we never had that problem before he showed up which was weird he sounded very rude about it and if we got the meal it would've been less money but the other worker was a girl she was very nice while taking our order. Every time I come to this Burger King they always get my order wrong! Than the Manager (night shift) always has an attitude when addressing the issue. The manager clearly is not playing his part rite, as he always has something to say in spanish to his employees. As much as I love burger king, I will not be coming back to this BK. Was nearby at a doctor's appoitnment and stopped in afterwards. The restaurant had a very calm atmosphere at 10:00 a.m. The design of the dining room is very modern and is not your typical fast food layout. We ordered a Big King Combo and shared it along with a coffee. They fixed my coffee for me with milk instead of handing me creamer cups. Everything tasted great. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine and you can get tons of drink choices here. I love getting Hi C Orange Vanilla. read more

It's been awhile since I ate a meal inside this location and I have to say I was impressed with how everything went. I ordered a combo meal and by the time I had filled my soda and turned back to the counter they had my order ready and the fries were hot. I enjoyed my lunch and while looking around I was happy to see that the empty tables and surroundings were clean with no debris. Worst Burger King location I've ever been too. I don't know what their deal is but it's very hit or miss and lately keeps getting worse. I work a graveyard shift and order on the app so it's quicker to pickup. I've had them screw up my orders about 90% of the time. The one night they gave me the wrong order because for whatever reason the app assigned both me and another mobile purchaser the same number of 66. Even though I showed the closing manager my order on my phone, which showed MY name and not the girl who's name was on the order as well as the fact I actually ordered food that I paid for when the other purchaser was in fact only getting a freebie jr whopper. So I got the dinky freebie burger and she got my fully paid for meal while I starved at work. I'm an essential worker and while these guys get to go home at 1am I have to work through the night but these guys don't care. The closing manager that night REFUSED to make it right and was actually a real POS about it. It was absolutely clear that he was being passive aggressive about it and seemed to enjoy the fact that he was screwing up my entire night. I literally had to come back 8 hours later in the morning to talk to the morning manager who understood immediately and made it right. I commend that guy but the fact that their closing manager did this the night before still doesn't sit well at all. After multiple complaints through the survey site where I've specifically requested I be contacted by management I've not so much as received an email or anything. So guess due to covid-19 they just don't care. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Shouldn't they be caring more? How are you supposed to trust the sanitary conditions of your fast food when management can't even contact you about the biggest screw-ups on their part? Not the best service. Ordered the Mushroom Swiss King burger, paid more for it because it was new and got the whopper instead. Very poor drive thru service and very dissapointed.
