Since I wasn't terribly hungry, I only ordered the sweet potato fries but the restaurant smelled delightful so I'm sure the rest of their food had to be the cause of that. There were several jars of bottle caps throughout the dining room. One gentleman was explaining a game that could be played with them and allowed me to bring a few home for a friends collection. Honestly, a pleasant experience and I didn't feel out of place as a sweaty American. Luckily, the smell of food in the restaurant outweighed my gym stench!

However the wait time for that said burger was a bit too long especially when it wasn't that packed. I know most burger places will cook to order, but I was expecting my burger to at least come out medium well and not fully well done, so maybe that was an oversight on my part not to ask if I can have my burger medium. I customized the cheddar and bacon burger with avocados and jalapeños; added to my order, I got?french fries with cheese and jalapeño. The cheese is more like a nacho cheese that you get on at a movie theater but it went together well. As a side note, I recommend you tried the fries with mustard. This place is a definite place to visit if you're in the area. I only gave it three starts due to long wait times and the lack of choices to fully customize a burger.

It's clear that the new Harp burger has found a niche in Linden in Linden's food culture. The burgers are creative, and most of all taste fantastic! Despite being messy, the homemade sauces bring out the flavor of the burger, and the handmade chips/fries are thick and crispy and cooked to perfection! It's pub culture with elevated burger cuisine. Despite fighting to get a table there as almost everything was reserved, we enjoyed the casual, rustic atmosphere and the good food!
