The man disappeared into the office, the line worker handed me the bag with no napkins and no sauce that I had asked for. So, while waiting and wondering why does it take more than 2 minutes for a receipt the line worker comes back and hands me the sauce then steps over to the office for my receipt. I know my face was all kinds of twisted when he handed me a sheet of white paper that had holes punched out and the bare minimum written on it. I'm adding the picture of the receipt but I'm still trying to figure out why they took it upon themselves to keep my change. I know it's only $.35 but honestly that was my $.35 and it wasn't asked to be donated nor was an apology offered up that they were short on change. If that's done to almost everyone that comes through the drive thru then how much is being "stolen" from people?
