I called in to Burger King today to place an order for 200 chicken nuggets for a potluck. I've had issues with this Burger King in the past but they have a new guy working there I'm not sure if he is a manager or not but he was extremely friendly about the whole process. I have worked fast food in the past and I would've been very frustrated if somebody called in an order that large. If he was frustrated there was no way to tell. I called in about an hour before I came to pick them up and when I showed up they were all packaged up and ready to go for me. They felt like they were fresh out of the fryer as well. And was very friendly and made small talk with me while we were picking out sauces LOL. Very pleased with their customer service today! read more

So I've had horrible experiences at this Burger King in the past and just recently they changed management. So my family decided to give them another try and let me tell you management is doing wonderful changes. I believe the lady that's helped me in the drive thru the last 3 times her name is Samantha she has great customer service our orders have been exactly like we ordered. She treated us like family . Each time I've gone back in there she remembers who I am asks how we're doing while we wait for our order. She makes sure our orders are what they should be before giving it to us. I can't comment on the food, as I didn't get that far. Needed to use the restroom first, and it was sooo disgusting, I just left. They have turned their men's restroom into a guest restroom, and their women's restroom into the employee restroom. Thus the guest restroom includes a urinal on the wall. The large single stall had a feces coated seat and bowl. If this is how you care for your restroom, can only imagine your food preparation. Vomit!!! read more

This is your typical Burger King, it's just located in Valley Springs! Not a darn thing wrong with the place. AND, good news for vegetarians- They have the BK Veggie burger! The tall, skinny lady with the headset isn't the smiling type, but the staff is all pretty nice. Not very bright, but nice. Naturally, you expect young, can't count change, clueless faces to be working the register at any fast food place anymore, so I don't hold that against them. Sometimes, there a bunch of shoeless kids running around making lots of noise, so if that bothers you, eat in your car. I popped in today and this place is disgusting. The front door entrance doors glass is filthy and never been cleaned for days. The inside floor was stick like soda was spilled and never cleaned up. In fact other customers were remarking about it. There was a hard place to sit because all the tables had spilled food and debris all over them. The crew was not much to be desired. Low ambition and I don't give a shit attitude. This place is almost inhabitable it. It wants to make you think if the help washes there hands after they use the restroom. read more

So my girlfriend and I drove up to the drive through and we were gonna order the lady said "give me just a moment" so 12 minutes go by and still no answer and no one has taken our order. So we got pissed and drove off. I called them and asked to speak to the manager lady said "I am the manager" and I said I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes along with everyone else" she said we are short staffed so I said you should inform the line you have that it will be about a ten minute wait. They are God awful. Berger's not cooked all the way through, fries stale and they close whenever they feel like. Never stay open passed 9 when they are suppose to close at midnight. Just awful! Dont eat there! And they will close their drive when they know its gonna be busy that night, so they dont get the rush through the drive through...stupid place! read more

I don't like to give bad reviews but you never get good customer service, good food, or a clean environment. Our orders are always wrong when going through the drive thru, the food is always cold (cheese is sometimes not even melted), rude employees, it is just plain bad. How does this place even have two stars?!? I suppose anyone that gave it more than one star does not live in the area. My husband and son went in to get dinner and the supposed manager on duty was at the register and he was too busy talking to his buddies to take their order and when my husband spoke up, he seemed super annoyed. My son then ordered his meal and he said will that be it? Ummm...there are two people clearly standing there! My husband ordered a bottle of water to go with my meal and he was given a cup for soda. He told the guy that he ordered a bottle of water and he was pretty much called a liar by the "manager". There is no use in calling and complaining, because nothing EVER changes here. The shift leader got mad at me because I asked for some ice for my cup (soda machine not working) and he brought me back my cup full of water When I asked what was in my cup and he said water, I said thank you but this was Sprite and all's that I wanted was some ice. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich advertised on tv. Don't bother. The marinara sauce was barely visible and I had to take the bun off just to see if it was there since I couldn't taste it. Burger King is one of my favorites...but this one makes me sad. I moved to the area 4 months ago and the first time I went to this Burger King the food was actually cold. I thought maybe it was just an off day so went again...this time it the food wasn't cold but certainly not hot. I decided to give it one last try and that last try will be the last. Wow! Just have to say I was highly disappointed with this place. I came in today and everything was a mess! There was dirt on the floor, the garbage cans by the doors were stuffed full and there was a mountain of trays resting on them. There were no lids, no straws, ketchup was smeared all over the place by the soft drink area and garbage littered the floors. I couldn't go two feet without stepping on an old fry or dried mud! And then, I heard a man-also a MANAGER-named Dodge, scream at his fellow manager named Kristina and call her a "stupid f*cking b*itch", loud enough for my three year old to hear, along with the others around me. This isn't the first time I've seen the restaurant like this. And it's definitely the last time I'm ever going back there. I can't believe the general manager would allow their employee to be so disrespectful. Especially to another woman. I would never let someone verbally abuse one of my employees in such a disgusting manner and do nothing to stop it. I've never had a problem with anyone else working there but what that man did today was completely horrendous and unacceptable.
