The order took about 40 minutes. The chicken in the sandwich tasted cold. The brisket does not taste like brisket at all, it's more of a sloppy joe with the texture and consistency. This place used to be great and the employees knew how to cook your food properly. I ordered a double burger with light mayo med rare with regular fries. I got a Sawdust dry burger that was very over cooked and the fries had Cajun seasoning on them even I though I ordered regular fries. There was more mayo than cheese on the burger. They changed their bun even though their pictures show sesame seed. Apparently; the restaurant is under new ownership and they they like to prepare food the way they like to eat it, not the customer. This is probably the best burger place I've been to not only in the Redford/Dearborn area but out of all the places I've been to. Their burgers come in many flavors and has Halal meat. There are buns are very good/high-quality. Their shakes are very rich but, a problem I had was that their straws are too flimsy, and I had to let the milkshake melt a little before I could drink it. I've only tried a cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake so far. There are fries aren't the type that aren't seasoned so you have to eat it with some sort of burger. When I went it was nobody there. This place is supposed to quick but took a long time. The shake was advertised to have Calder ice cream, I believe there was barely any dairy. Each sip I can feel the ice chunks in it. The pictures of the fries displayed everywhere looks like they're narrow cut fries like from Steak 'n Shake, but they're steak cut chunky fries that look store bought. Waited for an hour and a half for five burgers. Double checked the order at the register to make sure everything was correct. Spend 50 bucks and not a single burger was made correct. Abdul was the worker. I don't know the other guy's name but I've never had an issue with him. Even at busiest times I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. By the time I got the burgers two were cold. I added topping that cost extra and they were never put into the order not to mention stuff that I didn't order was added to random burgers. The only thing he got right was a single party. Even put the wrong cheese on the burgers. After this I would strongly recommend going somewhere else to make sure your order is made correct. Update. On Sunday April 15, 2018 I couldn't believe the cashier used the N**ga word in front of me. As a African American male I can't let that slide I was disgusted and appalled at how freely he used it. My second time was just as good as the first time... BUT the 3rd time! This 3rd time has been a bad experience extra long wait times. The person taking my order over charged me and then didn't want to honor what I read on their printed menu. Which has a coupon that states purchase a sandwich get a free drink or fry NO WHERE does it say you can only use 1 coupon. Businesses usually specify that it that's their rule to using a coupon. I sat for nearly 30 minutes and watched each customer have complaints about their order. Ahmed was the only one working that seemed like he was actually trained to work for the establishment.
