So this is the new place in town just opened up a couple weeks ago. They did a great job remodeling the place because it use to look like a "dump" when it was Heaven burger. Any how we were quite impressed the place looks great. The food was awesome we just order 2 cheese burger meals and the burgers were huge juicy and flavor full. The fries were crispy on the outside and moist in the inside. I took a menu home and I know we will be going for breakfast pretty soon. My family and I enjoyed lunch here today due to the praises of the previous Yelp members reviews. We were not disappointed. We ordered the Pastrami Plate, Broiled Half Chicken Plate, Pancakes, Eggs and Sausage and Chili Cheese Fries w/Onions. Everything tasted great and the portions were ample. I was told that they opened a week ago and that Monday through Thursday they are open to 11pm, Friday through Sunday until 12 midnight. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Been coming here for yrs but today was a total disappointment. Besides my order been wrong, I ordered a dinner salad and was been charged more than what the salad is in the menu And when I brought it up to their attention the lady in the drive thru tells me to do the total, ( like if am stupid and don't know how to add) , that she's not charging me more than what she should and that in no way is she trying to rip me off I told her she's over charging me .50 cents on the salad. I came here a few times and each time my order was wrong! My last visit here was through the drive thru. I can't recall what was ordered, probably a breakfast plate and cheeseburger combo. So we waited for over 20 minutes to get to the window to get our food. Once the lady at the window charges us she leaves and comes back 10 minutes later asking if we needed anything else, YES you didn't give me my food!! When I told her this she said yes I did. Why would I wait in the drive thru if you already gave me my food and where did it go? It wasn't in my car obviously. I like this place... it's close to home and indeed, you get WAY more food than what you are paying for. For 5bucks you can get a cheeseburger meal and that will freakin' leave you soooo full! Came here for breakfast and went through the drve thru. Wrong choice. It was my first time here so i looked at the menu and made my selection. I ordered the egg breakfast burrito and on the board it said it came with cheese and hashbrowns. I also ordered some french toast. There was only one car in front of me so i think to myself it wont take that long. I was wrong! It took such a long time that the car behind me backed up from the drive thru and left. I got to the window the girl just told me how much I owed n thats all. Come in it would have been curtious for her to acknoledge i waited such a long time for my food. Hands down, this is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've had the california sandwich, the gyro, and the chicken and greek salads. They were all delicious and their fries are THE BEST, they won me over so every time I eat here I have to order them. Also their zucchini is the best I've had. You're paying for quality so I would definitely pay a little more here than I would at any other fast food restaurant. Their breakfast burrito is amaziiing and it's big. A lot of their portions are big too. They make their own ranch dressing which is sooo yummy. The owner, Mike, and the rest of the staff are all super nice and friendly! The drive thru can get extraordinarily crowded and they are frequently slow even if there is no one in line but the food is pretty good. Who tf does that? i Called the lady there and i asked her if they normally put pickles on salad, she seemed just as confused as I was and I said who does that? Burritos are inconsistent. Some days they are so good I want to come back everyday for a week. Other times the eggs taste burnt, chorizo is burnt to a dark orange and the chorizo burrito ends up looking like there is only burnt white eggs with some speckles of burnt chorizo in the mix. I just stopped by here and got a double cheese burger and a small chili cheese fries. Lets start with the small order of chili cheese fries. They are anything but a small. They are half of the large to go order container. They were very cheesy and there really weren't many dry fries in there. The chili was average. Could have used some spice, but I say that about most things. I give them a b+. Now on to the burger. I got it with everything. Shredded lettuce, special sauce, pickles, onion and tomatoes. The only thing I would have changed was the pickles. For some reason they didn't blend well. The burger was a huge beast. Very juicy, Very delicious. It may have been the best burger I have had. Period. Better than In-n-Out. Better than P&G's. Better than Five Guys. This is all based off of one burger. Consistency is the key. Only time will tell. Take Five Guys for example. Called in to put phone order and the girl that answered unprofessional saying,"yeah!" I had to ask if this was a business. She realized her mistake and said yeah burger stop. I order DUI supreme and asked to confirm with her that it's the fries with Asada and Pastrami, pico de Gallo and guacamole, had to ask her several times to confirm. She kept saying yes. When my husband picked it up they gave him just asada fries and told him that the sides he was asking were extra. He told them why is he being charged if they got the order wrong. And they told him that he got asada fries only. Instead of them correcting there mistake they still charged him their mistake. Something's changed recently, and not for the better, sadly. For year's the food has been consistently good, fresh, and hot, well prepared, and special orders have always been handled well. In the last couple of weeks they've changed the burgers from the great shredded lettuce that stayed crisp and fresh as it's eaten, to lettuce leaves that wilt and soften even before the burger is unwrapped. i know it sounds like a petty complaint, but it worked for years, why change it now? Also, the order of fries seems to be smaller than before. I always order my burgers in a special way, and they've always gotten it right. Until the last couple of weeks. Tonight they had no medium or large drink cups, small only! And they were pouring drinks from 2 liter bottles. That junk just doesn't taste as good as the fountain drinks. Also it seems they just recently raised the prices. As iv'e said, these experiences have come over the last couple of weeks; and I'm in there usually 2 times a week.
