OK so a bit of history. I had tried the North Myrtle location a few months back and was blown away with the quality and taste of the food, frozen custard included. So when i found the location close to Surfside i decided to order some takeout for the wife. Brought it home and she said the same thing, BEST BURGER EVER ! Heres the rub. I tried the same location again, same burger (CEO) and brought it home to momma. It was so bad, it was fed to my shnauzer. Well, with that said, I decided to voice my displeasure on the the companies website. two days later I was contacted by the stores owner, and was invited to return for a do over. Well that took place this past Saturday afternoon, and was AGAIN blown away by the customer service experience, and attenention to detail we where afforded. The food was top notch, as well as the personal attention by the on duty manager Tim. Everyone has an off day, and I believe thats what I experienced weeks ago. This place is neat as a pin, and profesionally operated by folks that care about their reputation. We will absolutley return soon !! read more

I would not patronize this restaurant again. To start with something nice I'll say the place was super clean and the staff very friendly. The branding on the bun was a cute touch. I ordered a single burger with white cheddar and a fountain drink. They only have one size drink. It is what would be called a "small" in most other places and cost me $2.50. That's ridiculous. The burger cost $4.50 plus an additional dollar for the cheese so $5.50 for the burger (note: fries are not included). When I opened the box the burger was insultingly small in diameter. The burger patty was tasty and juicy however very thin and nothing truly spectacular. It's flavor was spoiled since half of the bun had been burned when toasting which left a bad taste overall in the mouth. I was pretty disappointed for a fast food meal just shy of $9.00. Great burger, not a fan of their own "burgerfi sauce" tasted strongly like vinegar. Their burgers and fries aren't fancy but they taste fresh and are good portions for the price. Will definitely return. read more

My first time ever in a BURGERFI and I'll tell you that I will surely be coming back to this location. The service, food and overall all vibe of the employees was great. They treated me and my mom like family and were very patient when explaining the menu and answering any questions that we had. The cashier to the cooks were great and plus they all came and checked on us throughout our visit. I can't expressed how much I enjoyed their service and love for the company. When we walked in I thought to myself, wow this place looks pretty cool! from the giant wood tables, to the big ass fans. They had a decent selection of beer, to bad the food didn't live up to the look. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for our food, an employee brought our food out. After we figured out whose burger was which, I took a bite of my undersized burger, I wasn't surprised by the taste, or lack there of I should say after seeing the size and tiny piece of lettuce my burger adorned. To me, it tasted like a Wendy's burger, just double the price. I guess they expect you to eat off the table, as they crammed our 4 burgers and an order of fries and an order of onion rings on 1 tray. The tea tasted sour, like it had been sitting out all day and night. Most of the staff didn't seem too happy to be there, the young lady that was wiping tables looked like she wanted to stab someone. Overall this place had a good look, but food wise left a lot to be desired. I will stick with River City Cafe or Joe's for my go to burger place. read more

We live in North Myrtle Beach, and eat at the BurgerFi up here all the time. So we decided to stop by here on our way home from visiting friends to grab snack and some custard last night. Guess not. We stopped in at 5 minutes after 10:00 and the doors were locked, when the site, and even the hours posted on the door say 11:00? Well that wouldn't have been so bad, but one of the workers came to the door to inform us they were closed. When I chuckled and said i gathered that from the locked doors, I pointed out that the door, and website say 11:00, he just rolled his eyes, and said we know, we are in the process of changing it. It hasn't been as busy as we thought. I was kind of taken back by this, and as we left I thought no wonder you are not that busy... Hope they get their act together! I was dissappoited,,,, although the burger was good,,,, it was small and thin,,,, I paid $1.00 extra for blue cheese,,,, what I got was blue cheese dressing and barely a squirt,,,, I didn't get my money's worth,,,, the onion rings were good,,, but not enough with such a small burger,,, the only thing I would say good about the place was they had lime flavored Diet Coke. First problem, vegefi burger, ordered for a vegetarian, was mislabeled so she ate a non veggie burger until she realized what it was. NOT GOOD. Secondly, I ordered thru the app and paid by credit card online. For some reason the manager tried calling me to make sure the order was valid?!?! My phone was off so when I got there the order wasn't ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Why have the app and credit card info online. Not a smooth transaction!! read more

Was really hoping for a wonderful burger experience but was very disappointed. The cheeseburger I ordered was grossly lacking in flavor and the overall size of the burger was small given the high price. The fries were good but way too much for one person. They should reduce the size of the fries and add it to the size of the burger patty. I won't be going out of my way to visit them again which I was hoping I would want to do. read more

I came to Burgerfi with high expectations. I left with $40 less to my name and an upset stomach. It took half an hour to receive our burger, and the burger was tiny. I would've been better off getting a whopper, and happier too. I ordered the barbecue burger and my friend ordered the breakfast burger, and I ended up with maple syrup on mine and he ended up with coleslaw on his. The burger was insanely messy, and the soap smelled horrible. We spent $40 on 4 burgers, and they were tiny and messed up. My overall experience was horrible, and I definitely regret going to Burgerfi. read more

Build your own burger any way you like it!! The best fresh ingredients. I don't eat fast food so this is where we go when our family wants a burger. The burger are so good and the fries are fresh cut the onion rings are amazing. My kids love the custard shakes. The service friendly and fast. I had no idea what to expect. I went for their double cheese and added bacon. It was for take away and frequently, like at 5 Guys, it tastes horrible when you get home. We drove the 18 miles. The burgers 100 % Natural Black Angus are never frozen. Everything is prepared fresh every day! The fries and milk shakes are terrific. This is a gourmet burger place, a very much different than Five guys. Great unique atmosphere made of recycled materials for the ceilings, walls, table & chairs. Outstanding clean, polite, fast, service! Including the restroom!! I will make the trip again to Burgerfi when I return to Myrtle Beach! read more

This is not a gourmet burger place like they claim. Burgers are not cooked to your preference. They do have a number of toppings so you can choose your toppings. I paid an extra dollar for blue cheese and maybe got a teaspoon on the burger. Plenty of other better burger places around. Would not go back. read more
