Went in and talked with the tech and he told me it wasn't installed by them because the connections were not what they have used for many years. I told him they installed and he with an attitude he said they could look it up. I assume he was the owner that looked it up an said that in fact that they did install it. I believe it was poor workmanship in the installation and was not happy with everyones attitude so just left $100.00 lighter and would not recommend. L
