I enjoy Dillard's selection of men's clothing, as the first floor is vast and filled with all varieties from dress to casual and active wear along with shoes, accessories, cologne and more. I swing through on occasion, mainly when I need to scoop up something in the business professional department. Pricing is hit and miss, and quality and design really fluctuates based on price point. The store is clean and in decent condition. Service is hard to come by, as they are not staffed super well, even on the weekends. Overall, standard Dillard's location. Nothing special, nothing terrible.

Anytime I am at Opry Mills, I always make time to swing by and wander through Old Navy. I have come to love their athleisure, socks and boxers. On my recent trip in I scooped up a few pair of socks and a pair of athletic joggers. The socks were on a buy one/get one sale, but the joggers were standard price, but still worth it. The store is clean, but can get quite disheveled on occasion, but honestly that is most Old Navy locations, and then you add in the Opry Mills crowds. Service is hit and miss here, especially while on the sales floor, but the cashiers are always friendly and hustling to get folks through the line. Overall, solid Old Navy location!

At the time when I visited, there were a vast number of 50% off sales going on- and who can complain about half off. I will say, there were not as many sales as I had expected to find. The store was, of course, filled with great sales but among the great sales were a multitude of regular priced items. With it being a busy location and a weekend, it was rather busy. It took a good thirty minutes to get through the check out and back out the doors. The line started at the back wall of the store. The store was also a MESS in the back- especially with the clearance. Clothes were thrown astray throughout the floors and it was evident that some serious attention was needed. The staff was trying everything in their power to keep the chaos under control. There was one person manning the dressing rooms, another restocking and greeting in the front, and the rest of the staff was manned at the cash registers. It seemed that more staff may have fixed the issue. I deemed the sales worthy of a long wait in line. With the several items I had managed to find, it was going to be worth the wait to purchase. Perhaps if the line was not so painfully long and the store was better kept, it would be difficult to find many complaints.

The daughter loves the simplicity and quality of their clothing, so in we went. The store is clean and organized. I really liked the large comfy seating area. We headed straight to the sale section and were quite impressed by the selection. Each item was tagged with the percentage off. This was really nice as it avoids any confusion at the register. There were only a couple customers at check out but a lovely young lady quickly came over to help us. She was so sweet to engage in conversation and show genuine interest in what we were talking about. While finalizing our purchase, a young man came over to wrap our items neatly in branded tissue paper and place them in a shopping bag. Lovely experience at this Aritzia location! She came out with very good summer selections. One of the sales clerks said they were just about to change the line to fall collection. I guess it was a very good timing for us for a better sale. It also had a very good petite section which was one of the reasons my spouse had such a good time. She says she has to come back here whenever we go through I24 east of Nashville, TN. We came to Opry Mills to hit a few outlet stores in hoping of finding a few casual pieces such as slacks and button-ups, and we found both at J.Crew. For all the craziness that is right outside of their doors, this J.Crew keeps a sense of calm in their store with well stocked shelves, organized and presentable clothes, little to no clutter combined with a clean store as a whole. The staff were also helpful, but not obtrusive or overbearing. I encountered them on the sales floor and at the register, both times were great. Overall, we found what we were after and would happily swing by this J.Crew again in the future!

She's so incredibly helpful and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. She deserves a round of applause. The first time I came I was looking at some camel hair (I think) leopard print shoes, and she was happy to check pricing for me since they were on clearance. Unfortunately the shoes didn't work for me, but ... man I wish I had her name. She was so kind and helpful and really seemed like she enjoys working there! Today I came back with a couple pair (I bought 3 different sizes) of moccasins for my husbands' Christmas which he LOVEDDDD. He took one size and I came to return the other two sizes that didn't work. But also they were on sale for 11.99 instead of the 19.50 I paid for them. She did a price match easy peasy and the return and I'm over the moon happy. Very satisfied customer. Thank you for your help, it's really appreciated. GO JCREW!

Banana Republic is situated fairly close to the middle of the outlets, so parking here and using it as a starting point made it easy to navigate our way around all the outlets. The store is well laid out, well stocked, clean and free of clutter. All the shelves were kept organized and staged well. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, while being friendly during checkout. Overall, I scooped up a few great finds at stellar prices, so will certainly be back!
