To start, only one person showed up. He worked alone for two hours before the rest of the movers casually arrived. They then complained about the working conditions, despite having our AC on blast yet leaving my front door open for hours, including during their breaks. I stayed outside with my dogs so they'd stay calm and when I walked in to get them water, I got rudely glared at. In my own home. They blocked my neighbors driveway despite having enough space to avoid it. Once they finished almost six hours later, they left my home but their garbage did not. Bottles were left all over my porch and some were left in my refrigerator and freezer. We were told our belongings would arrive July 25 at the latest but they arrived on August 6. The delay was 100% on these guys. For almost a month, we slept on air mattresses and lived on fast food because we had no pots or pans. We had no clothes for work because they were packed away and we mistakenly took their word on the arrival date. Over 50% of our big furniture items were absolutely ruined including one irreplaceable piece. There were ink stains on a bookshelf, set of drawers, and my coffee table; all white. My husband's computer was placed at the bottom of a box and much heavier things were placed on top. It has dents and won't even turn on now. Important documents were literally shoved into a box. Some of our furniture looks like it has literally been ripped apart. They made sure to individually wrap plastic seasoning bottles though. Terrible company. Avoid them at all costs. read more

They refused to pay for they television they damaged during transportation. A 2 month back and forth with a claim adjuster just to be denied at the end. Would never use again! read more
