Did know I was on waiting list, was never told to me when I call. Sorry, never heard of waiting list for quote. Is this really a way to run a business? I thought it was really strange, I could not get a date and time for quote. She then, became rude and stated you can take you name off the list. WOW, but I guess if you are booked up you can be rude to customers because you have a lot of business right not. However; there will be a time you wish you were nicer to potential customers.
