I did not know what needed to be done to it, just that it did not fit quite right and I needed it done fast. She accepted and I made an appointment for the following day. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. She made suggestions on what she felt could be done to the dress and I agreed (bringing up the shoulders and hemming it an inch). She gave me the price and told me I could pay upon pick up (both cash and credit accepted). I left it there on Tuesday around 1:00pm and it was ready the next day. She was very fast and the dress looks beautiful. I purchased the dress from David's Bridal and had planned to have it altered there, but they insisted that the dress would need to be dropped off over two months before the wedding. I was taken aback by this because it seemed like quite a long time especially because I was losing weight at the time and wanted to make sure it fit right when the wedding came. I have also had dresses altered there in the past and it has been very expensive. I am so grateful that I found Sandi instead!! She is absolutely amazing with her work, super friendly, and very well priced. I highly recommend going to her and I plan to go to her again for any altering needs in the future! Outstanding!

After multiple snow days, the school calendar was extended and they were still in school during that week, making attendance impossible. When I requested a refund, I was told that a large part of the tuition was non-refundable based on a policy that was never disclosed during checkout, on the payment page, or on the receipt. There was also no requirement to review or agree to any policies before completing the purchase. Even after providing screenshots showing this clearly, the response from the owner, Jaryn, was completely inflexible. There was no willingness to acknowledge the lack of disclosure or work toward a reasonable solution. It ultimately took escalation from MULTIPLE families to get the issue somewhat resolved. I say somewhat, as we were still not offered a full refund. I'm glad I know this now as flexibility and understanding are qualities you would hope to see in a business that works with children and families, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Transparency at checkout and basic customer consideration shouldn't require escalation.
