I only come to this Burlington because they carry XL dog pads for the lowest price I've seen, but every single time I come, it takes over an hour to check out. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of the day, the line always wraps around 2x. I'm sure theft would go down and wouldn't require security guards to let you in and out if people can check out of the store at a normal rate. 2 cash registers open at a time does NOT work considering how busy this place is. read more

This store is frustrating. They open at 8 and you would think at this time it would be a quick trip in and out but NOOOOOO!! Problem 1 lack of cashiers have to wait on line 15-20 minutes to pay!!! The selection here is pretty good. They are well stocked with a variety of items at affordable prices. I did notice the soap I normally buy has increased in price since my last visit, definitely keep an eye out for those sort of changes. 3 stars because they have no public bathroom. The bathrooms all have codes over them. I had to keep my trip short because of that. You have to be extremely careful leaving the parking lot because there is construction on RT 22 that makes it even more difficult to merge than the usual. There are many diverse languages spoken here, but ASL isn't one of them. There's plenty of room for wheelchairs and the carts carry a lot of space. read more

The wait for the register is actually insane. We waited for over an hour because there are only 2 cashiers ringing at a time. On top of that, there was a water spill with no wet floor sign and multiple people slipped on it before it was cleaned up. read more

The management in this Burlington Store is a SAD JOKE!! And it reflects in the merchandise and conditions inside the actual store. Everything looks old and worn. The merchandise in households is cheap looking and tacky. And when I find something that's a bit nice, it's either cracked, broken or missing a part. The cashiers are nowhere to be seen, and the lines are always long. Clothes are all over the dirty floors and shoes are rarely paired properly. What a waste of a nice big space! Try again and open a Trade Joe's or something that serves our neighborhood better. read more
