I began by attending at mr redder in October 2012 and requesting service for my fireplace....I…read morecontinued to remind mr fireplace of my request every 3 weeks until February 2013....thru out my service requests and regular contact I was assured my request was at the top of the list etc. etc........I was cordial and polite thru out this very frustrating experience...it is now mar and I have not h ad any contact or phone calls that we're not initiated by myself......my suggestion is to sa ve your breath these folks may be interested in supplying you with a new fireplace but they sure are not interested in servicing them.....go else where.....rusty
