Totally the worst experience with Burmanns. Orders are for the most part are received late or incomplete.. Today was the last straw. I was assured that my order was going out yesterday. When I didn't receive it today, I called and was told it was shipped this morning and would not receive the order until Monday. Absolutely unacceptable! Absolutely the worst medical company to deal with. They don't read the doctor's order. They simply ship a box to you incomplete. You call them sit on hold. Then you speak with someone and they say oops - we missed that. Then they ship the wrong size of what they forgot to ship and not the correct amount the doctor ordered. CHC Solutions is the billing company for Burmans. Also, there is apparently only a FIVE day return period on medical supplies even if unopened, which is not noted anywhere on packing slips or the invoices/bills. A month ago I received an automated order that I did not need and spoke with someone at CHC who was to issue a Call Tag for a return of complete order. I just received a bill for said order but no calltag. Long story short, I have no use for more than $60 worth if product that is still untouched. After speaking with CS Rep Sonja and her supervisor Amy at CHC I researched and got a number directly to a Nicole at Burmans who didn't want to listen to anything I was trying to ask. Every time I started speaking she did too. She hung up on me when I said "So basically you have no interest in the reason I'm calling you. That's great, thanks." The only good thing to come of this is Amy @ CHC will wave my copay and I get to keep another $50 worth if crap I can't use. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get involved with this company. I don't know whether it's because we are retired or the company is just not reliable, but they have continue to bill us for something we have paid for at the beginning of December, 2016. Our last bill was dated January 25, 2017. In fact, we have a credit of $30, and we are still getting billed for $30. When I spoke to customer service, she told me they used an outside biller. She gave me the phone number and said if I left a message they would call me back. I did leave a message, but a week later I haven't heard from them. I called Berman again, and expressed my concern that something funny is going on. A supervisor will be calling me to hear what has been happening. We will not be using Berman anymore. I am only reporting this as a FAIR WARNING that when you get a bill, especially from medical sources, you should always check it and review it to make sure it is monies that you owe. I can't imagine how many people have received erroneous billing and just paid because they don't have a time to check it. I wonder who gets this money. read more
