A friend of mine who is an avid gym-goer was in town this past weekend and convinced me to give it a try. It was one of the best workouts I've had in a long while. Hunter, the guy working that day, couldn't have been nicer and guided me through each work out station with patience (I've been out of shape the past couple of years). It's a little pricey per month but the drop in fee apparently is only $15 so I plan to come back at least once or twice a month for a great work out. Highly recommend! The clientele is welcoming and motivated to get in and do some hard work! The F45 concept is that with an ever changing workout, you get the gains of exercise but none of the plateau with routine. I found an environment where good healthy movement, safe lifting techniques and intelligent coaching are what TJ provides on a daily basis. I joined fitClub already having had several injuries incurred in the military; thanks to TJ's knowledge, I have been able to increase my daily activity, lose over 15 lbs, build more muscle and improve flexibility and range of motion.
