I have been to a lot of bootcamp style gyms around the valley and THIS one tops them all. The gym is so friendly and truly a community, everyone wants your success. The trainers are qualified and are diligent about making sure you're doing moves correctly to not injure yourself. I've never worked with trainers that are so careful and caring! They include nutrition coaching as well with your membership which is totally unlike any other gym! They promote clean eating and fueling your body, which is so important for me. Finally, the childcare. INCREDIBLE! I never ever have to worry about my kids while I'm working out, I know the staff is wonderful and that my kids are well taken care of! I cannot say enough about this incredible gym! I never knew this community is what I was missing in my life.

Team[fit] has changed my life for the better and only continues to do so. I joined in June 2018 and…read moreworkout at least five times a week (if not six times a week). The friendly and teamwork based environment can not be matched by any other bootcamp style gyms (I've tried Cross fit, LifeTime programs, and EOS programs before). Since joining I have utilized all the workout formats that are offered, equipment, supplemental workouts, meal plans, and different class times/sessions. All of which are employed by Team[fit] with fidelity and are geared to benefit the individual member. I get a team based workout with individualized attention that exceeds my standards and expectations. From having to book, change, or cancel class sessions last minute to seeking performance feedback, everything you need is here. Team[fit] is so organized they put it all at your finger tips using app based programs. To this day I continue to make friendships that start with a Team[fit] workout. Whether from group workouts to a positive fitness experience there is someone who seeks the same opportunities as you. So I recommend you give it a try. Plus, I still can't feel my calfs or walk from a full-body workout two days ago, so I think it is working..?

I have been coming to TeamFit for about 9 months now and I haven't looked back. Before I started…read morecoming here, I would go to a gym and putter around for an hour and call it a work out. Sometimes I did my own thing and sometimes I took classes. I really thought I was getting decent exercise. Then I had a friend convince me to come to one of these classes on arm day and I realized that I was so much more weak and out of shape than I thought I was. This boot camp is run out of the gym at a church and is designed by the owner/trainer Jeff and his wife Jessie. It alternates between weight training days (arms/legs/full body) with conditioning days. There is always a bit of a cardio element to the weight training days and conditioning usually has lighter weights/higher reps and running/sprints. It is ALWAYS different and never boring. The best thing about it is that all you have to do is drag your butt to the gym and Jeff will do the rest. The workouts are about 45 minutes long, but they are hard. Jeff does a great job of guiding newbies, and will help anyone modify exercises if they are too tough. He will push you, though. So, here I am 9 months later and in WAY better shape than when I started, but I still have a ways to go. There are a ton of men and women that have been members for a lot longer and are in such amazing shape. It's great for me to see them kill workouts because it's inspiring. Also, everyone here is super duper nice and encouraging. It really is like a family in the best way possible. I can't thank Jeff and Jessie enough for everything they do at TeamFit. It has changed my life for the better, and I can't imagine ever stopping. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

They have more stations available than other locations I've been to, so they can accommodate more people and little to no waitlist! Nothing worse than wanting to workout and seeing a full class or waitlist on the app. I can't say I have a favorite coach either, all are great and give feedback if you're the exercise wrong. Orangetheory has definitely changed my life- couch potato to OTF frequenter 3-4 times a week. It's not about the destination but the journey. The community is amazing. The workout is great and is constantly changing. There was just a rowing challenge, Hell week and the benchmark workouts that test your limits. This is definitely my favorite location!

I did that and then they said "oh you had to have that in by the 30th". Then they said they would pull up the recorded call and so I said "great" and then they mysteriously couldn't find it. The manager, Daphne, refused to honor their word. I had intended to come back after I healed but now I will NEVER come back, nor will I ever recommend Orange Theory. Very unprofessional. Also, there is no guidance or minimal guidance by the trainer and I observed a lot of very unsafe lifting practices going on. People will get injured in these conditions. My injury was not related to this, but I thought many times looking around the room...wow...it's only a matter of time. People with terrible form, using momentum to lift, etc and the trainer not saying a thing. So dangerous. In my opinion this company cares more about collecting money than caring for their customers. Shameful.

I wanted to wait a full 6 months to make an honest review. I didn't want to review something after…read morea few months. After all, you lose a lot of the water weight first, then the hard weight loss comes after. Before joining, I accepted the fact that being large & overweight was just going to be a way of life. This also took a toll on my self esteem and other aspects of my life. I had no desire to look in the mirror where I had to pre stretch my clothes for them to fit "better". Due to my weight at the time, I had to take medicine to control my acid reflux and blood pressure. Which also includes a few low blood sugar episodes (hypoglycemic) Then came my breaking point... I finally looked at myself in the mirror after years of a poor diet and zero excercise. Disappointed & disgusted in myself for letting me get so badly out of shape. My wife and I decided (after "bugging me" constantly) to start to get back into shape. We wanted to kickstart our weight loss and what better way than a trainer offering the first 4 weeks free (after a few waivers are signed). I can now say after 6 months of hard work, I have lost over 33 pounds, over 58 total inches, lost 3.8% body fat and 19 of those pounds were nothing but fat. I've lost almost 8 inches around my waist, 9 inches around my gut, 6 inches around my chest and hips. I can go on and on. Because of Jennifer, my clothes no longer need to be pre-stretched. no longer do I have to hold my breath to tie my shoes. No longer do I have to hope my button on my pants break loose. No longer do I have the desire to eat bad food. I was starting to wear XXXL shirts to hide my "fat feelings" now I can almost (depending on who makes it) wear a XL shirt. I still have a long way to go in my weight loss. I have made friends here that need the same thing and even though I will still come to My Perfect Body Now Boot Camp for years to come, I will never be able to thank Jennifer enough what what she's given me in just the short amount of time. She's given me my self esteem back, self confidence back, my waist line back . Just to name a few. But the absolutely best part is I no longer have to take any medications for blood pressure or acid reflux.

It's hard to put into words what an incredibly welcoming, positive and supportive environment it is. The workouts are challenging, fun, and do-able for ALL fitness levels. In the beginning I couldn't do all the reps (and sometimes I still can't!), but I've never feel pressured to push myself past my limits. Jennifer provides modifications to some of the more difficult exercises for beginners and she watches your form closely to prevent injuries, which is so very important. And did I mention the location is in a beautiful park setting where you get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air? I may never exercise indoors again! I honestly can't say enough about Jennifer and her boot camp. Hands down, it was one of the best decisions I've made to improve my life and health. If you're thinking about joining, just do it! The first 4 weeks are free, so you have nothing to lose (besides maybe a few inches or pounds). Just show up each day with an open mind and a positive attitude, give it your best effort, and soon enough you will be amazed at what you can accomplish too!

If you're someone who struggles with motivation or just wants an efficient, no-nonsense workout, this format works -- 30 minutes, structured, high energy, and very results-focused. The community here tends to lean more toward weight-loss goals versus bodybuilding vibes, and they really deliver on that supportive environment. Huge shoutout to owner Aaron -- communication was top tier (calls, texts, emails), and despite some confusing online address info that initially sent my ride to an old location, he was literally waiting at the door holding it open when I arrived. That level of welcome is rare in fitness spaces. He toured me around, introduced coaches, explained the workout, and made sure I felt completely comfortable walking in. The workout itself had three stations. Stations 1 and 2 were solid, well organized, and effective. Station 3 got a bit crowded -- four people at what was really a two-person sled setup -- so there was some downtime. Luckily I've been in fitness a long time and just filled the gaps with sprints, but newer folks might feel unsure there. Also my sled was too light while my partner's was too heavy, so that station just felt slightly off overall. No showers, but strong coaching presence, clear community focus, challenges, outdoor workouts, and a genuinely fun vibe. Definitely glad I went and always appreciate franchises that stay reliable across locations. Great option for travelers, beginners, or anyone wanting a quick, effective workout with community energy.
