They changed out a working lightbulb (I had previously checked it was working the night before), and charged 250 dollars for a 30 dollar bulb and 10 minutes of time. Then charged my wife 1600 dollars for cleaning the ducts. My lesson learned in Maryland is that you have to be there for these kinds of things, because if your spouse is not the suspicious kind than they will take advantage.

I did a small job locally in Ripley and needed to go to Parkersburg. It was 11am so I swing by my home to make sure that they are there...Nope!!! So I called her back she said ALL the guys were in Spencer working...I said ALL the guy??? She said I was on the work order list...so my hubby goes to bed and I end up cancelling my appointment for work in Parkersburg to stay around SO I AM out$100 work day to wait.. Now at 340pm still NOT HERE....so I called again...she said well your on the list...they will definitely show up...so now I can't go wash my elderly handicap mother's hair and fix her dinner because I am still waiting on the Heating Company who has never apogized, who has never called....and I am supposed to be a Happy Customer?????
