He was able to get our insurance reinstated, but even had a Plan B and C if that didn't work out. That is not the kind of call you want to get at the end of a day on Friday, and Chase not only took the call, he completely slayed his job and saved us from having to rent a car for the weekend. I have been emailing and calling them for the last couple/few days and no one will get back to me on this. I keep calling today, over and over, and no one will answer the phone. So, I'm left to leave them bad reviews (on every platform I can find!) and I'm going to follow it up with a BBB complaint.

That's out rages! Then they didn't even have the tags there! Had to pick them up the next day. When I got them the other lady gave me the wrong receipt because the one that helped me didn't give me one so had to go back & wait 20 minutes to get it twice had to go back & each time just to pick up something simple ended up almost an hour total! We use to do our taxes here & the person (lady) didn't put them threw at all or something & screwed us for that year & we got all kinds of problems! But she didn't have a problem taking our money. Apparently wasn't her first time. But the one that helped me was very nice & took care of me well just didn't give me the receipt when we was done it happens.
