I boosted the rating to a five-star because of how awesome she was. Then the new lady she assigned, lied to me stating that I couldn't change my mind on the type of hearing I would like to have. I decided to search the internet and found out that I can change my mind, I will post the wording below. I believe "Amber" my new Legal Assistant decided to tell me that information because obviously the longer it takes the more money they make. I should have known better to hire a large firm like this. Bad mistake on my part! Don't follow suit!!! Info found: Yes, you can change your mind. If you initially asked for an in-person hearing with a Social Security Administrative Law Judge, you can request a switch to a telephone or online video format, though you should contact your assigned hearing office as soon as possible to make the request.
