Our tour guide was talking this place up because in Bursa, they specialize in a dish that is butter & tomato sauce drenched kebap meat over chopped pita bread. While I would argue that this is not the best kebab I've ever had, it was okay. I much preferred other types of kebap over this version. The service was okay but slow. We had a prixe fixe meal here and the option was kebap, chicken, or vegetarian. They got some people's chicken orders wrong. You were not allowed to bring in outside drinks which was disappointing. My husband and I wanted to order a beer but they don't serve alcohol at this establishment. The entree was just okay and I can't really see how this is one of the best versions of kebap in Turkiye. read more
