While I'm happy that they adjusted the invoice, the communication from their office left a lot to be desired. I received an email to tell me that we were missing signatures on our e-doc returns when I had already emailed to confirm that everything was ready to go and to be filed. At the same time they told me that my taxes were not filed because I had not paid the invoice which was sent to me 16 hours ago. At no time that I know that the invoice needed to be paid upon an email receipt. I went directly to the office to pay the invoice on the spot and no one could tell me what signatures were missing.
