We will not continue to support this business if this how they think it should be ran. I know others probably look at the schedules on their website and Facebook and show up and end up not being able to enjoy their hobby and love for RC cars. When I visited the location, I was told that cancellations had to be completed online. I followed those instructions and submitted cancellation requests twice, but nothing was processed and the charges continued. Unfortunately, I have received little to no assistance in resolving the issue. At this point, I am left with no choice but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory channels. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope others are aware of the potential difficulties when trying to cancel a membership.
