The Law Office of Thomas B. Burton was founded in August of 2013 in order to provide efficient, effective, and convenient legal services to residents of the State of Wisconsin. Now operating as Burton Law LLC, Attorney Thomas B. Burton continues to provide custom planning in the areas of business law, estate planning, real estate, medicaid planning and asset protection. Attorney Thomas B. Burton offers flat fee pricing on many estate planning packages and some business law services, and hourly fees on everything else. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Thomas B. Burton is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Minnesota.

Meet the Business Owner: Thomas B.

Attorney Thomas B. Burton is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Minnesota. Attorney Burton earned a bachelor's degree in Business Economics with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and his Doctor of Law (Juris Doctor) degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to opening his own law firm, Attorney Burton clerked at a litigation and general practice firm in Wisconsin between his second and third year of law school, and he also clerked for one year after graduation in the Trusts and Estates Department of a large Minnesota law firm. While working in Minnesota, Attorney Burton successfully sat for and passed the Minnesota Bar Exam on his first try. He is happy to draw on all of these experiences to help meet your legal needs in an efficient and diligent manner. When not practicing law, Attorney Burton enjoys golfing, international travel, biking and cooking.
